Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service at the store. The delivery guys brought the tub right into the backyard and taught my husband how to use the tub. Store staff is happy to help with balancing the chemicals which can be a little overwhelming at first. Would recommend this company to our friends and family.

I have dealt with Solar Swim for over 10 years. All the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Last year, we had a new tub installed and were very happy with the results. Whenever we have needed repairs, John is always right there. Honest and helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a great product and great service!

Bought our first hot tub from Solar Swim a couple of years ago and had such a great experience from sales to delivery to maintenance that we knew we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our next tub when we moved. Thank you Michelle, Patti, John, and crew, for making the purchases such a seamless process and for being so responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. (We also always learn something new whenever we drop in for our free water testing!)

We purchased our hot tub from Michelle. We were heading down to airport area to look at spas there and saw Solar Swims tent sale from the highway. Stopped in and was greeted by Michelle. She was so knowledgeable and her customer service was amazing. Stef and Patti were also so helpful. The installation team were prompt, and great doing the install to perfection. John showed us how to run the hot tub. We've had it for 3 weeks now andjust love it.Thanks Solar Swim Team.

I absolutely love how quick the free water testing process is and how easy it is to follow the guided printouts to ensure the best water quality for my family. I will never go anywhere else. We have been using Patti and her team since our first hot tub. Now we have a swim spa and couldn’t be happier. They have been quick to repair it when it stopped working in the winter. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. They are definitely a cut above the rest.

Purchased my hot tub from Solar Swim just over a year ago. Delivery and installation was great and the follow up service has been fantastic. All the store staff are great and have been very responsive when I’ve had questions. Recommend them anyone looking for a hot tub.
