I think to say that the service and kindness of Ian Bullen and Pauline at Small World Musicfolder was amazingly excellent would be an understatement. They went above and beyond to get my order to me. I recommend the folder to all choristers. If I could give them more stars I certainly would. Thank-you so much again for your kindness.

Excellent quality product (I bought the R325 Choir RingBinder, Grade B seconds because I like bargains!). Service was spectacular. First of all, one of your people helped me to change this order from quantity 1 to quantity 2, even though it had been placed the previous day (albeit after closing time for your phone lines). Second, estimated arrival date was April 4, but it showed up on our doorstep yesterday, March 28, which let us use them for rehearsal last night - MUCH easier than trying to hold a large score without a handstrap!
