I have taken all my vehicles to vic west auto this spring and the service has been amazing. great advice, great customer service and honest pricing. will not be looking for another mechanic for a long time. as a landscape contractor with both personal and business vehicles i love knowing there is someone to call when i need knowledgeable and efficient service.

Good customer service there, the guy recommended a cheaper place for an oil change, then inspected my brakes for free. Definitely going to get my brakes serviced there next time.

The mechanics here always try to provide their services as quickly and as at a low cost to the client and possible. If they can't fix it for you, they know a guy who can and will call them on your behalf. Seriously the best automotive service I've ever received.

Always great service/prices!! Our vehicle had to go to the actual dealership (warranty) and there was no charge for diagnostic testing and they did research on problem, printed it for us to take to dealership.Highly recommend

These guys were super responsive and willing to let me drop off my vehicle after hours. They called me right away when they had questions and arranged for me to pick up my vehicle after hours. Really reasonable fee, you can bet I'll be back and recommend these guys to anyone needing work done!
