Best customer service. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they give the best possible deal. I had brought my own phone from India but it was not compatible with the freedom. Then the agent name Sahil Basra" who was very professional and gave me the wonderful deal with iPhone 12 pro with lots of data and explained all the billing details in advance and gave me his card and Definitely would recommend this location to others

Being a professional Customer service specialist myself, I have had bad experiences as a customer at several telecommunication stores until I visited this particular store. From my professional point of view, CSR Sahil provided an exceptional customer service, honestly a lot more than I actually expected. Together with Ashlyn both of these reps got me a deal that i almost lost hope in getting even though i was prepared to buy the products outright. These two CSRs deserve raises if you ask me. While I was there during the closing half-hour they took care of my needs with top-notch professionalism and service and even stayed after hours to make sure all the customers who got in after me were looked after. Thank you to both of them and hope you guys always keep up this great service.
