The last three times I’ve ordered Fish Tacos they have been very disappointing. Their image on their website is no longer an actual representation of their fish tacos. It seems like they are trying to cut costs with only using one fillet for two fish tacos and that leaves a small amount of fish in both tacos which they try to smoother with their lettuce mix. Honestly, I hate to say this because I used to love Joey’s fish tacos but you’re almost better off getting your fish tacos from Taco Time.

Food was fantastic! I loved the fish, chops and shrimps. It tasted so fresh and this is not my first time eating here but I'm glad I remembered to review today. The food is so delicious! affordable and the service is great plus it's fast. Our server was a wonderful lady who made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us. Also we had the special they're currently having which is unlimited shrimps. Oh my! We left there with our tummies truly full because they stayed true to their word so we kept ordering shrimps and it kept coming. This is the best place I get my fish and chips from and I'd never change it. I've gotten fish and chips from other places in Thunder Bay and I didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the ones I get here so I will only come to this restaurant for fish and chips! Well done to the owners for always keeping the service and food GREAT! :)

Excellent fish and chips. Wasn’t too greasy. The fries were plain but not bland, the right amount of crispy as well. Coleslaw wasn’t too sour and complimented the dish very well. Food was also VERY fast. Definitely recommend

We unfortunately chose the all you can eat night:/We ordered 3 x 2 piece dinners and two lobster and cheese. When we got home one of them had what looked like 1piece cut in half and the other 2 had quite small pieces… so disappointing :(((

Worst fish and chips I've had in many years. Chips were raw, not cooked. Fish didn't taste like halibut. Batter was damp.Through out the terrible tartar sauce.

This place is great for the food most of the time. However there customer service is a hit or miss.When they get your order wrong they will make it seem like it was your fault. But all in all the food is good. Next time takeout so we aren't disappointed.

Went on a Tuesday for theall you can eat" special! Fish and chips were fresh and delicious! Great coleslaw too... Which is hard to find these days. I tried the fried ice cream with caramel for dessert. It was decadent! Definately worth trying if you're in town."
