I was heading out on the highway. They didn't mess up my order. There's nothing worse than taking a mouthful of tea only to find it's the undrinkable swill they sell as coffee. So that was a win.

Although they are quite fast inside, the drive through is horrendous! It's ALWAYS extremely long and takes on average 15-20 minutes to get your order. I have seen the drive thru so jammed with cars that they are lined up on the road to get in, which causes major traffic issues on a one lane road.

Too many cooks in the kitchen and too many things on the menu. Like when TH is trying rice bowls and pad Thai, no. I’m not going to Tim Hortons for anything but doughnuts, the lattes are creeping closer to Starbucks prices and absolutely terrible.

Here's the thing about this Tim Hortons,the hours are insane cause it use to be 24 hours now lucky if can get a coffee pass 9pm.and time after time I'm having to return to say can you remake my coffee order no sugar boys get sugar,order sugar get no sugar. Doses not matter how many times you go over your order one out of 5 is wrong.

It's all classic just like always!! The price is awesome and the table numbers can be raised but overall price is outstanding for there food!!! If you need a quick get up and go food, this. Is. The. PLACE

Spent at least 15 minutes in a modest drive-thru line up. Got to the window and I was told it would be a few moments for my order, only to watch 5 staff standing around in the drive-thru window area (with their backs turned to me, shooting the breezing) while one employee made two sandwiches by themselves. The english muffin used for my breakfast sandwich must have been frozen at some point because even after toasting the center I bit into was still cold, and I didn't get the donuts I ordered. There's a reason I usually bypass this store and go to the one closer to the arena.

Ordered tea, got coffee. Went back, they gave me another coffee but this time with nothing in it. Went back a third time and they gave me tea but no milk or sugar. I give up, honestly. A solid hour trying to get these empty heads to make a tea. There is no hope for these people. Dumbs as rocks.
