The food choices in the area lack inspiration to say the least as most are your typical fast food. Don’t even get me started on the pathetic mall food court. This is one of the better options in the area if you want a step up. Is it an amazing bowl of pho? Nah…. But it’s better than decent and the restaurant feels clean and fresh.

Came here with my family earlier on in the year so this review is long overdue; however, I still want to share my opinion. We ordered the noodle soup (Number 2/ 3). It was good. The restaurant was clean and tidy. We also ordered the spring roll.I was actually surprised by the amount of soup in the noodle soup as I was expecting the dish to be primarily made out of noodles, beef slices and beef balls. Let the other Google users know if that has changed in the last couple of months when you dine or takeout for this restaurant.Please refer below for pictures of the menu and restaurant dining atmosphere.

Good menu variety, clean atmosphere and delicious broth! Both vegetarian and gluten friendly options are available. The staff were friendly and personable!

A tad bit awkward and disappointed. Had experienced different pho from different restaurants. So this may not reflect the same way as others think. Went in and was silently waved at from the other side of the restaurant. Although it's a small restaurant. Some energy would be nice. Maybe a greeting?I ordered one of specials. $14. I would expect more than just slightly flavored broth and frozen products. Don't get me wrong it's not the frozen products.. it's the frost bite taste bleeding into the broth since the broth is so weak. No one asked me how the food was, i left it barely touched and pushed it across the table to make it obvious. The waitress just walked by.The price is fair. But does not equate for quality like you would expect.I went to pay my bill and the waitress looks at my table with a mostly full bowl of pho. Didn't say even a thank you and how the food was. I paid and still gave some tip for the service even though it was extremely poor.To me, the soup is the best part, then everything follows. I hate wasting food, but I couldn't eat it. I only hope this helps them improve.

Just a fair pho - only should come when you have no choice.Much more better places around in town.Small portion compare to other places for $14 - which they only have one size available.

We come here often. The food is great and the service is superb even on a busy day at lunch. The staff are always friendly and courteous especially Jason who knows and remembers our typical orders. Highly recommended.

A lot of people walked in during the time we dined in for lunch so I thought this must be a popular place in the area. It is clean and the atmosphere is so so. The servers are pleasant and efficient but the House special pho is very basic. I could name a few more pho places who serves a lot better.

This is my go to place for Vietnamese food! I love coming here after a long day at work for a quick meal! The food is so fresh and the atmosphere is clean and also relaxing. The service is always excellent as well. Such a great addition to the Tsawwassen community!

Portions are smaller than average Pho places I have been when comparing quantity vs price. Tasted good. Was clean. Would consider revisiting if in the area.
