I have been attempting to resolve a billing submission to RTO over several weeks to no avail. Do to a clerical issue which I had no control or responsibility my claim was denied. It has been a totally frustrating and demeaning experience. Any attempts to explain my circumstance has always been met with a burocratic one dimensional response. I finally gave up and told them I would absorb the loss. Pathetic service.

Em matiere de bilinguisme et d'equite linguistique dans leur publication en ligne et sur FB, c'est pas fameux et c'est plutot decevant car depuis qu'ils veulent rayonner au niveau national; et bien, il serait grand temps qu'ils se mettent a la page en matiere d'etre plus inclusive et equitable envers les francophones en 2022 qui sont trop souvent eclipses. Suggestion de lecture a l'ete seulement faite en anglais dans leur section en francais, quelle honte et quel affront, ils nous traitent comme des quoi!!?? Je ne peux pas accepter ca du tout et je leur ecris et porte plainte; hate de voir comment ils vont resoudre ca, encore des on s'excuse" qui n'en valent plus le poids que c'est devenu tres ridicule! un D _"
