Amazing and friendly staff, fast services, and reasonable prices. The team did a full spa treatment for my beagle boys, shampoo condition, undercoat deshed... they came out smelling like prom kings! Definitely recommend, and will always go back!

Had our 2 Italian Spinones hand stripped and they look fantastic. Great job.

MEDIOCRE SERVICE FOR PREMIUM PRICE. Brie was difficult to contact, and my request for a specific grooming detail was ignored. I don’t mind paying a premium for quality service, but in this case the price did not reflect the service. I paid $485 (including tip - foolish) for 3 dogs to be groomed. Needless to say, I will not be committing to Brie’s new obligatory 8 week grooming schedule (over $3000 per year.) I agree with Google Reviews by Ralph, Kristynn, Kameka, Trucia and Jason: “AVOID”, “WILL NEVER BE RETURNING,” “UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE”, “DIDN’T CUT HIS HAIR FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID”, “NOT GREAT” AND “SLOW RESPONSES TO PHONE CALLS.” There are plenty of other groomers in Cobourg that will be happy for my business.

Avoid! Switched Groomers on us, didn't listen to us regarding grooming of our Shih Tzu and completely butchered his ears. Groomer had little experience in my opinion. Felt like it was a grooming mill, fast as they went in another one came out.

Will never be returning. Had messaged after my dogs visit about why they didn't cut his hair for the amount I paid and they were very unprofessional in their response. I've always heard negative things about this place but didn't want to wait 2 months to get into his normal groomers. Next time I'm just going to wait. My fault I guess.

I just moved into the area and I had two cats who can be very difficult to work with. Both were matted, which is not normal for them. Grooming By Bri did an incredible job. I would definitely recommend them and I will be back! The price was extremely reasonable.

Bri and her associates are incredible at what they do! Falkor is always groomed to perfection. It is very hard to find places that can groom a Samoyed, and also groom them to show quality! Thanks so much for all you do Bri!

Grooming by Bri is amazing! It was our first time taking our pup there, and it was an amazing experience. Not only did it feel like a transparent business but it was such a great experience for our dog. He is a bit of a nervous boy, but he came home looking and smelling great. He didn’t shed at all for almost 4 days! We will definitely be back.
