Like usual, I was all around satisfied. I really like to be there. It's a manuel worker's heaven. The customer service is also unbelievebly good. I was looking at some products by myself and it took 2 min maybe before a guy asked me if I found everything or I needed anything else.Pulling my hat every time again.

Very nice shops for the more professionals but also like me to have more choices of different kind of brands available. Prices are digital so they can compete with other companies. For this opportunity I was looking for the Wera brand. They have a lot in a small well displayed segment but you have to be waiting for someone to be present. Today it was a special on the Allen key and the person walked with the item to the cashier to let me pay. So a good experience with a lot of parking and very qualified people helping you.

Great service, these guys know there stuff. I asked a bunch of really technical questions about different tools and they were perfectly able to answer all of my questions as well as explaining the reasoning behind their answers. I also had to return a pouch i bought because there was a defect on it and they did it no problem. I usually buy my tools at canac but that time is over now, i will buy my tools exclusively at berger now, thats how good their service is.
