Datenight Babysitting App

Datenight babysitting is my go to for finding reliable and lovely people to babysit my kiddos. I LOVE that they vet babysitters first and that the app itself takes care of all payments (no cash needed - because who has time to go get cash as well!). We have a regular part-time daytime babysitter for my youngest, which has let me spend time focusing on my business (and grabbing a few minutes to myself). When we've needed help, the Date Night team has gone above and beyond to help us find someone new. Thank you Date Night, we love you!

Signed up for the app, the concept is great.However we found another means to hire a babysitter and requested a cancellation.I got charged for the monthly membership, however I requested the cancellation before I met anyone or did any interviews.I was told I got charged because they found me a baby sitter (never scheduled a time, met or talked to them, all through the app). Not sure on how their policy works, but slightly annoying with following up on the cancellation to receive my refund.I'm sure this would be a great way to hire babysitters when needed, however there are some bugs with the app other than that I would suggest people to try it out.

We had a tough time asking other parents in the area to share their list of trusted babysitters until a neighbor recommended this service to us. We were concerned at first but we decided to sign up and used the intuitive app to limit our search to a reasonable list of babysitters who met our standards. Then we invited 3 for half hour interviews, and now have 3 sitters who we trust and our kids really enjoy. The app is super convenient to both schedule times and pay them. We would happily recommend this service to our friends.

I would highly recommend this service. I've been using them for the better part of a year. The babysitters that I've used have been great and the customer service from the Datenight team is another reason why I keep coming back.

Tried the app out for a couple of weeks and didn't get very far with babysitters. Found an alternative and cancelled subscription. Since then we've still been getting charged every month. Go to the website and been sending an email request every week for the past 3 weeks with no response. I feel like I'm going to get charged forever. Someone please help!!

I've been using the app for a couple of years now. It is very easy to use and the support is very good. But what I like best is that any babysitter I interviewed with was very good for us (if you are an immigrant parent like me, you know how difficult it is to find anyone, let alone good). I recommend it

Date Night has been my go to for more than a year. There's a reason that I recommend them to all my Toronto friends - the app makes it easy to find babysitters, interview them, and pay them (because who wants to worry about getting cash too!). And when I've totally forgotten events, Date Night has saved my bacon and found me a last minute babysitter. Thank you Date Night!

Love Datenight app. It's super easy to use. I've never had any issues with the babysitters. I have alot of babysitters to choose from in case one isn't available. Being able to pay with credit card is a big plus for me too!

When I first used the app, I wasn't able to get a babysitter match. I contacted the team to cancel, but instead they offered to help me search for matches. I got a few contacts out of which I was able to find babysitters I could use. In the long term, it'll be better if I could have found the match myself on the app, but I appreciate the team stepping in for the app's shortcoming. The app also includes some useful services such as new/used item pickup and sale.

Best partner!My husband and I had a tough time booking and finding babysitters. I found this app on Google and contacted the owner. I have been using their service for 7 months and I am thrilled with them. They follow-up, they always make sure I have a great babysitter for my child, and if I encountered difficulties using the app, Meaghan was ALWAYS here for me to help me through the process.
