Nothing wrong with the boots. The boots are great. Customer service is lacking. Was told it was ok to bring in boots for a re-sole. Then when I got there was told they weren't taking anything in for repairs. So was a waste of my time. I'll be getting them re-soled somewhere else.

Brought my boots in to be resoled after 10 years, do not know what I was expecting, but when i got them back today.. I was absolutely blown away at the workmanship that was put into the resole, they looked as if they were brand new, I mean they went the whole 9 yards! I am so very happy with the superb work, and quality of customer service I will only ever recommend the Alberta Boot Co. Cheers!

Old World Craftsmanship. I came to Calgary and had forgotten to pack my riding boots. Four decades ago I bought boots at the Alberta Boot Company, so on the very slim chance that they might have something for me, I stopped in. They were selling off some sample pairs of boots and I found the perfect pair. They are excellent. They gave them a stretch to make them fit me just right. My lucky day.

Thanks ABC. Amanda took time to help me troubleshoot my (ordinary) wear and tear on my beautiful ostrich boots. She assured me they would get some love, and she coached me on how to best preserve them moving forward in our dry climate! Can’t wait to shop for my 2nd pair when a big sale comes!

Bought my first pair of western boots here recently. The salesperson took extra care to find the correct sized pair, and educated me on fit. After getting home, I noticed an issue with one of the heels. When I brought them back to the store, they were super accommodating and apologetic. I was able to have my issue fixed in under an hour. Love the boots! Love that they’re made in Calgary. 10/10 experience. Would recommend.

I called Alberta boot. Last week. To ask if they did boot stretching. They told me yes and to come in any time and they would help me out and do that service for me. So I drive there just to find out they only stretch boots that they sell. You have to have purchased the boots here. Funny they only tell me this when I arrive there after driving all the way. The lady on the phone should have mentioned they only stretch their own boots. Now I’ve wasted time money and gas. Just to go home with nothing. They need better phone manners and to share their policy over the phone to customers. Very displeased with their service.
