Staff are friendly (when they actually get back to you for once), but this dealership turns tasks for their customers that should take one week into almost 4 months. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND if you're looking for good & prompt service, where you don't have to constantly follow up on your transaction.

Great service! Sarah was so helpful when I went to service my vehicle. She was very helpful and really took the time to go over all the service questions I had, explaining it in a way I could understand. She went above and beyond from what I'd expect from mechanics. I couldn't recommend the team at Nissan more.

I bought my car from here and I would definitely recommend to buy from them. Communication and dealing with Harry was super smooth. He was very prompt on following up with me to grab me to the showroom and I have to say he made sure that my buying process go smooth. The other two managers Hanny and Jack whom I dealt with were very generous and respectful which I really appreciate. Also, despite Jack is the general manager, he did all the documentation so that I go home with the car on Saturday evening. Overall, I give my honest vote for a smooth buying experience.

While personable staff, as usual be careful with their offers. When signing they tell you it comes with a 2 years oil maintenance package, it covers ONLy oil and not other maintenance. Anything such as tire rotation, other filters will out of your pocket. Be sure to clarify with them when they offer you other bells and whistles. Plus they kindly force you to give amazing reviews otherwise their head office comes down on them. Well fooled me with that one, but not on Google review.

Just ask for Winter.... he's the MAN! Seriously though.... very fine customer service and super knowledgeable in the product. A real treat. Truth be told we did not buy from this location rather we decided to go another route but were very happy with the help and treatment from both this location and Winter.Well done guys.... I will send all my Nissan business your way. Building relationships is appreciated.

I am quite happy with my decision to buy a used car at the Southside Nissan. All the sales representatives are knowledgeable and reasonable. Also the service department is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to those shopping for a vehicle.

My experience of car shopping was like roller coaster with some dealers simply did not want my business, some dealers really willing to work with me. Southside Nissan is the later one. Salesperson Jayson Han is very approachable and friendly. Sales manager Hanny Meskel was even volunteered to join the discussion and helped me find the vehicle suitable for my need and budget. Their sales experience helped them to read clients mind and made the whole experience pleasant and fun. Jayson even helped me book service appointment after 2 months instead of sending me to book online by myself. I am quite happy with my purchase. The only drawback was very hard to get hold of their financial service team. I had to solve my issue the other way around. Overall, I will recommend my friends and family when they are looking for vehicle.
