The space here is very relaxing. Hot yoga with infrared and also facilitating unheated as well which is really nice. Wide variety of classes and therapists. I had the opportunity to try the hypnotherapy with Tara and 10/10 recommend! I’ll be going back for more sessions for sure.

Beautiful yoga studio with amazing community of teachers and students! Love the mix of heated and unheated classes, plus the workshops, group dinners and other offerings that expand your mind/body connection! Great for beginners or experienced yogis. Love the focus on mindfulness and living your best life!

Wonderful space with all kinds of useful props. Great instruction. They even have healthy filtered water for our use. Easy access near Highway 97 and Burtch.

The space is beautiful, the team is great, so warm and welcoming. The owner Kelly spent time with me to find the best option and get me set up with passes and an account. Took a yoga class in the deliciously warmed room and our teacher Michelle was amazing. They have thought of all the details. Will be back for sure!
