OK Boot Corral

Wanted to review the extraordinary Mercedes who took the time out of her day to get a snap fixed on a brand new coat we just purchased. She went above and beyond to help us out as we were on vacation. Mercedes was SO helpful and kind, I wish there were more people in the world like her. The girl deserves a raise! Thank you Mercedes! You're amazing!!!

Looking forward to visiting this store when it opens! I've heard many positive reviews about their store and brand or boots, all fashioned and tailored to the good ol' Western days.

I was looking forward to being able to purchase my first pair of cowboy boots but I couldn’t have had the worst first experience. I was provided zero help and received judgement looks and attitude when I did try and ask. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!

Fist time I went in was great, salesman took the time to explain different cuts. They didn't have my size in one of the 2 styles I wanted and they would call when it comes in. They were guessing a couple weeks. A month later they call and say my 2nd pick was in, go in the next morning and was told they weren't there and didn't come in.If I based on first experience I would give 5 stars.Edit: Sorry for not editing earlier. I am moving my review to 4 plus stars as I feel OK Boot Corral made it a positive once my boots came in. Much happier now.

I took a group of adult students here for a tour and a conversation about customer service. Mercedes, the manager, was welcoming and generous from the first phone call down to the tour itself. It is a great space for browsing, trying on a hat or two, and ogling the amazing handiwork of their Canadian-made boots. We all appreciated the low-pressure sales tactics - customers are made to feel welcome and relaxed. A few of the learners made purchases here - there's something for everyone. The store is very clean, the layout is spacious and makes browsing easy, and the customer service is fab. Awesome work Mercedes!

Great customer service. Great place to purchase genuine country gear. It’s a little bit of country in a yoga city. Love the atmosphere and the employees are super knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks guys for making for a pleasant shopping environment

Whole heartedly pretty dreadful, I went on multiple occasions to get a boot in my size and they couldn’t provide, I see people who go in without purchasing anything, and that’s probably because they are dealing with a similar issue .They don’t restock sizes and they are a shoe store….A store where you buy shoes….and they don’t stock the main thing they are selling…it’s like a pizza place that ran out of basil, it is also the only western store in Victoria sadly so I don’t see why they can’t invest in buying multiple sizes and varieties to assist in augmentation, because if they prioritized boots I believe that little store could be booming with people and immensely successful,But instead of capitalizing on the main source which could be profitable, they seem to invest in random malarkey like badges, ropes n such. it doesn’t add up.The only saving grace about this mediocre place is the strong service, the man and women who tried to help me seemed quite kind and accompanying, but honestly a little embarrassed that they couldn’t help.Might come back in five years to see if it’s different.

A wonderful experience with the Victoria staff! All the staff are genuinely interested in finding you the best boot for you.They are knowledgeable and make it a fun experience. We had great customer service and they were accommodating and helpful when issues arose, they even have a hole punch to fit your belt.Excellent selection and great products.They offer a memorable experience and we would reccomend them for any boot owner, new or experienced.

Disappointing. The storefront was false advertising, thought there would be more cowboys. Just a boring belt shop.
