This is place is nothing to look at but it it is very clean and the price is right. I will stay here again next time i am in the area. I would also recommend The Dog House for dinner. the Breakfast options at the motel was excellent.

The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable, bedding clean. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but the boiled eggs were overcooked. The hotel is dated but clean.

When I first arrived, I wasn't expecting a lot. It's small and out of the way but I was impressed. It's very, very clean, the staff are friendly and despite the fact that there were motorcycles outside my room, it was quiet and restful. The mattress was a bit too firm for me but it was comfortable. It's really easy to get to right off the highway and there is more than ample parking.

Hotel was run down in areas outside, some unused areas inside. Also the continental breakfast could have been set up and presented much better and re-stocked more often. The coffee needs to taste like coffee, it was very weak. People need to get better service and experience for their money.

Valley Inn Motel & Suites
Just spent the last 2 nights at Valley Inn. Went for a snowmobile trip. The people who own this place are awesome people. Extremely friendly and very accommodating. Access to great trails are right at the door. Very clean and well kept. You WILL not find better value for your money than the valley inn. I will be back many more times. Thank you folks for a great 2 night stay.

Great staff, very friendly. Great location (for me). Rooms are VERY clean and comfortable. Excellent size fridge if you are staying a few days. Bathrooms are updated, tile and again very clean. I would definitely stay here again......oh and there's a Tim Hortons next door!

Very well maintained motel. Excellent stay.Big room and good beds and mattresses, big bathroom and all the amenities in place.Also good breakfast and good rate too.It was a very pleasant stay.

The staff are very nice. My son and I stayed there and just as we were checking out he decided he wanted breakfast but it had ended 40 minutes prior. The staff were so nice and let him have breakfast anyway. Our room and the hallways were very clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Sudbury.

Valley Inn Motel & Suites
My husband and I came up for a 4 day snowmobiling trip. Valley Inn was fantastic. Not only was it in a great location with the trails being close by, the rooms were super clean and the owners were so nice and accommodating. Gas station and tim hortons were right beside the motel as well. We would definitely stay here again.
