North 49 Home Inspections

Wow all the reviews saying these guys were thorough weren't lying! Jordan and Russell went over our home with a fine tooth comb. They answered any questions that we had thoughtfully, and fully. North 49 then sent us a very well laid out inspection report that delineated where the problems were, and their severity. Great job gang.

I needed an inspection on fairly short notice for a home I put an offer in on. Booked and communicated everything electronically. They showed up early and were happy to answer my questions as they were making their rounds. Reviewed everything significant in person and the full 92 page inspection report was available that same evening. I would definitely recommend them if you require home inspection services.

North 49 was great! They checked out the house we put an offer on and told us the issues we're looking at in the future and how serious the issues are. They were even able to help us with what contractors we need to call for what repairs (it's on all their home inspection reports)!! Really, these guys made the inspection process so easy for us and they were very thorough and friendly.

We used North 49 for our first home inspection and they were amazing. They were early to the inspection, took the time to go over how it works and what to expect from them, they spoke to both my partner and I which really made a good impression with me, as these types of service providers may speak mostly to the man so it was nice to be Included. The inspection was done throughly and quickly, and they provided us with information that we wouldn’t have even considered asking for and provided all the information basically with a neat little bow 15 minutes after they finished. I can not recommend these guys enough!

David and Russell were amazing. They arrived before we did (15 minutes) and introduced themselves right away. The inspection was thorough and they made sure to go over everything with us before they left so there were no surprises in the actual report. The report also arrived quickly and was easy to read with an excellent amount of detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a home inspection done. They are worth every penny :)

With multiple moves across multiple provinces, I have to say that this has been by far the best experience I've ever had with an Home Inspector. They were extremely thorough, and gave us a superb overview of the house, including the information that you need to get your insurance quickly done. They outlined in multiple stages the corrections that were minor, major and absolutely necessary to complete. Most of all they were extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with, and very informative. I'm very happy with the service that the team at North 49 provided, I only wish I could get them to do every home we purchase.

We had north 49 do a house inspection for us and they were amazing. Tim and Russel did a fantastic job. They found a problem and called right away to ask if we wanted them to continue. They did a very thorough job. Looked at everything, things I did not think of. Gave a description of what was wrong and who to contact for further investigation. Tim Harris and Sean Irwin were very professional and knowledgeable. They were very prompt to inspect the property we wanted to buy. As a curtesy they were willing to return to inspect areas that needed to be repaired and reported their findings to us. Any question we had, they addressed satisfactory. I would highly recommend them.

We used North 49 for 3 houses and wouldn’t do business with any other home inspection company. They are professional, reliable, great communicator. Their report is easy to read and very thorough. Would recommend to everyone!
