After a run around at the Brick that took a couple hours of our time, we walked into city furniture and were greeted by Brady.He was friendly, genuine and trustworthy. He was able to answer our questions without the help of an iPad (like the Brick) and all the pricing was clearly posted. I will even mention how when my husband was speaking of the issues at the brick, Brady tried to be the voice of reason on their behalf, no brand bashing and I LOVED THAT! No word of a lie... No more than 10 mins and Brady had us out the door with our new washing machine.Thanks Brady, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

On Feb 16 we had a washer/dryer delivered to us from another company. They finally arrived unusable which left us in a bad spot so we decided to try City Furniture the same day. City Furniture was able to not only find us a great machine, but made it work that it could be delivered the same day. Andrea went above and beyond to accommodate us, made sure we had what we needed, and worked with her team to have them delivered that day. Everyone was wonderful, and the two guys who delivered the items were so helpful and made sure we were okay before leaving, I only wish I caught their names to give proper recognition. Thank you so much Andrea & team for everything. City Furniture has gained our loyalty.

Never have I had such a great experience shopping for anything in my life.Serge Minhas has gone above and beyond all my expectations. He was knowledgable. Helpful. Was able to provide solutions and offer alternate choices that ultimately perfectly suited what I was looking for. He was very friendly and well dressed. Had a great demeanour. Best customer service experience we have ever had from Pooja. No pressure from sales, very efficient and welcoming staff. We had just moved to Grande Prarie and she made the process so much easier for us. Will definitely be going back to this location for any furniture needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Finding out ahead of a visit to the store if they had stock of the fridge I was looking for was easy using their chat feature. We needed an appliance and a bed and box spring quickly. City Furniture has a warehouse on site so they can make those things happen. But what really sets them apart is their staff that go above and beyond to match you with the items you need and also respect that people have budgets. City Appliances (& Furniture) has what you're looking for. They have a great selection, unbeatable pricing and the best stock around.Andrea also runs the best stable of appliances west of Debolt. If you fancy a fridge, she's got it. If you swing the washer and dryer way, no problem. Andrea doesn't judge. If you always wanted to try a convection oven and a dishwasher at the same time, she can make that happen too. She will make all your appliances dreams come true.
