Not a great spot. I witnessed someone announce she had been given a urine sample bottle with someone else name on it. So not good! and the bathroom for use is absolutey disgusting. Front desk was very nice but that's about all that was ok about it.

I would rate this lab a 5 star because of a lady name Elleen, her profession skill surprised me. I walked in for a blood test at very early morning and Elleen took my paper while I need to do ultrasound from other clinic, when I came back, I did not need to wait, she prepared to take blood test for me. I was prepared to get 2 or 3 shot because my blood vessel is hard to find, that from my previous experience. She only gave me one shot and very quick to get blood, that so impressed me.

This location has undergone many changes logistically and overall has improved greatly. I have been here a few times in the last few years and sometimes during some of the busier and colder days. They always make an effort to be prompt and fair with patients. The appointment system helps this place run more efficiently. Their staff members are always pleasantly friendly and helpful.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Don’t go here you will waste your time because they will close the lab even if they have appointments booked. I had an appointment today at 3:10pm and they were closed when I got here at 2:55pm.

This place is not good. the main entrance in the Buidling is closed. So you have to wait in the parking lot at a side door which also is a patient room. There was a man sitting in the room waiting while I was waiting outside and people going in and out.I booked a 2pm appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. To wait outside for more than 30 minutes. I knocked and no one answered. I called and no one answered.I should have listened to the reviews this is a horrible location. Needs a complete overhaul.

I wish I can provide less than 1. They deserve it!!- First visit with appointment, had to wait despite having an appointment OK - Didnt mind.- After a week, on doctor's visit found 2 tests are missing and had to come back and give more blood for the tests that should have been performed at first place- Second visit, as walk-in. Long wait and was refused entry at 3:00 though lab closes at 3:30- Third visit, doctor provided requisition denied as it has got one extra test and advised by lab attendant that its not needed. Who are you to say that, if doctor wants it; just do it. Upon asking to do it, rude behavior and was asked to leave.EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR!!I wish this location to be permanently closed for being rude and their unprofessional behavior with customers.FYI: On our last visit today, a lady (another customer) in front of us was asking for a test name and fee associated to it as her right to ask. She was denied explanation and was asked to leave. SO RUDE!

They charge extra $$ and they don’t give it back.Visited the lab on 7 June for blood test and they charged $12 for vitamin D test. Later the day they called and told me that they have done some mistake in billing and I should come again and pay $41 or they will not process my results.I visited again and paid $41 the next day and was informed that I will receive $12 back within a week.1 month have passed I called them already 4-5 times regarding the issue and I haven’t received my money back.
