Gong cha mississauga Bristol Bubble Tea
The staff at this location were so nice and friendly. I dropped in to grab some bubble tea for a few of my friends. I checked online for their location and noticed they were about to close in about 15 mins. When I got there the staff were super friendly and had big smiles on their faces. I heard it was a new location so I was excited to try. The bubble tea was made perfectly. The tapioca wasn’t watery and was made just right. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality bubble tea in the area.

Came in yesterday for their Bogo sale. The staff were friendly and very accommodating considering how busy it was from their sale. The service was quick and efficient. I also discovered their egg waffles for the first time and can say it’s the best egg waffles I’ve had. Great addition to the community. Will definitely be a regular

Words cannot explain how happy I am now that there’s a Gong Cha close by. I can finally get my weekly fix. The entire staff were very courteous and exuded great positive energy to match the beautiful summer day. Definitely will be visiting again!

It was Gong Cha Bristol grand opening yesterday. The store was super busy with long line up the entire afternoon. The staffs were friendly and with great attitude. They were working non stop and yet they apologized for the long wait as they needed to make a new batch of green tea and bubbles. The wait was well worth it. We ordered taro milk foam, taro red bean and hot lemon green tea. Both taro drinks had the right balance of taro flavor and sweetness. The ratios of the drink and add-ons were just right. The red bean were tender but still with a bite. The bubbles were soft and chewy. If you prefer a light soft milk foam, then this is the place for you! The lemon pieces used in the hot green tea were pickled. It was a pleasant surprise and so delicious to have after finishing up the tea. We will go back to try the assorted waffles, croffles and matcha ice cream sundae next!

Had to wait an hour and a half because these people don't check the gong cha app orders. Why have an app if you're not going to use it to process orders.The service is slow and incredibly unorganized. After getting by order it ended up being all wrong!The drinks themselves were good, but the people running this place are definitely not worth coming back.

The staff was friendly and very helpful! You can get regular amount of sugar, less, or more. The same for ice. They have toppings and a few different jelly/topica choices. Inside the shop looks clean. I'll definitely be going back!

Delicious bubble tea and very kind hard working staff! Of course there was a wait expected for a BOGO opening offer (waited about 30 mins) and it must be very stressful for the staff, but everything was still delicious! We got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea w 2J. Will definitely be back!

I've been here a total of 3 times. First time was a wait but it was grand opening so went again and it was fine. The third time I went, there was one customer ahead but they already ordered. They were just waiting for their drink so we ordered ours. It took 25 minutes to receive our order! Nobody wants to wait that long to get a quick drink. I felt like it the same wait time (or more) at a dine in restaurant. Also they ran out of tapioca which was a disappointment. The door was also open so it was cold while waiting as well. I won't go back to this location anymore because the service is always slow.

I recently took my daughter here. What really impressed us was just how kid-friendly Gong-cha is. As a parent, it's always a relief to find a place that not only welcomes children but actively caters to their needs. The menu had plenty of options that Elizabeth was excited to try, including some fun and fruity bubble teas that she absolutely loved. Will definitely be back soon!!

I recently visited Gong Cha and was blown away by their amazing bubble tea! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in explaining their menu options. I tried their signature milk tea with boba and it was absolutely delicious. The tea was perfectly brewed and the boba was cooked just right - chewy and flavorful. The atmosphere of the store was also very inviting and made for a comfortable place to enjoy my drink. I highly recommend Gong Cha to any bubble tea lovers out there. Their drinks are top-notch and their service is second to none. I will definitely be returning soon!
