Bought a $300 battery from them in 2018 that failed. I called to see if they could track down my receipt from my original purchase. Without asking for any info at all, they told me they can't look up previous receipts and were totally unwilling to try to help. This should be a trivial process for any company on a computerized system. I guess it's back to CT for my automotive needs.

Their prices are differ in a minute and their credibility is low, I called for an emergency brake cable I was told they have it and the price is $75.00 after one hour I went there and I purchased the cable than I was told that the price for the cable is $84.00, I told him that I was told that the cable is $75.00 an hour ago. He has no explanation for the differences for one item in one hour time. honesty is a treasure.

This store is an absolute joke, I called them asking for a specific part. They said good news! We have it in stock! & And it was a good price which it was. It was roughly 4:40pm when I called. I live about a 10 min drive away and told them I'd be there soon before they closed up for the day. I arrive at the store at 4:58pm to discover a locked door. I checked my watch & phone to make sure I wasn't late and sure enough I had roughly almost 3 minutes to spare .. so I knock and knock for a moment, then I see the employees smiling at me shaking their heads through the glass & one walked directly by the front door as I was knocking and wouldn't even take 30 seconds to hear me out. Half the stores employees look like M#thheads & the other half don't know diddly squat about vehicles. I guess none of them know the value of good customer service either. My item was waiting for me on the front counter, it would have taken a matter of 1 minute to ring me up. But I guess losing a customer and adding yet another 1 star review is what they're aiming for at the RioCan Kingston, Ontario store. Clean up this Mickey mouse operation.

Got what I wanted (wipers). I installed them while I was still in the parking lot and realized that I was missing an attachment piece in the package. I went back into the store and the salesperson helped me find a package that had the right part in it and helped me put it on. Good experience overall !

Part source is a go to for me. They usually have stock on the parts I need and if they don't, they get them quickly. The prices are comparable to similar places, so you can't ask for much more. They seem to fit happily between discount parts stores and dealerships. The staff are usually cheerful and helpful. I recommend.

Called ahead to say what part I needed. They had it ready for me once I got there. Super easy transaction quality part and not expensive. Also super handy since they are open on weekends.

I've been in 3 times, and found that its just solid service - quick, easy, and helpful. When they didn't have a part in stock, it was in the next morning.
