Our 19S chose OJs for Birthday dinner. We had an unfortunate wave of drinks got fumbled on wife and 16S. Waitress made honest mistake and was very apologetic (no biggy) and OJs manager handled the situation well. We will be back and still hold OJs in high regards for good food and drinks. Thanks Original Joes.

This Hollick Kenyon location specifically has an insane wait time on everything every time I go there over the last couple of years. The service is friendly when they get around to you and the food is very good however I feel as though waiting 10+ minutes just to be greeted and asked if we'd like a beverage, then another 10+ minutes for the server to come back with our drinks and take our order when there are only 5 tables at a time in the entire resturante is way too long for starters. In the last instance, we had to wait a very long time for our food to come out as well as what I had already mentioned above, we take our first couple of bites before the servers asks us if everything is good. That was the last time we saw her until after we were done our meal and then some! No refills on our beverages at any point were offered. Overall our visit took almost 3 hours which is far too long for me personally.

Not only was our experience amazing.. but the service was THE BEST!!!Sarah was our server.. she was fast, responsive and so friendly.There was a minor mistake made (which happens!!) And Sarah and her manager went above and beyond.. even though it wasn't a huge concernTheir devotion to service and customer experience was AMAZING!!!We will be back and I highly recommend this location ♥️

I'm really impressed with the food. The spicy chicken bites are great. The ace burger is awesome too! And my go to is the blackened chicken sandwich! Everything I've had is stellar. The wings are on special Tuesdays I believe it's 8$ an order. Other than a slow server here and there, this place is spot on

Restaurant want very well set up and nice comfy seats. We waited a few extra minutes for our food but no big deal. I got the Original burger with onion rings which was an extra charge of $2.25 as a side which is okay but I only got like 5 ish rings which I thought that strange. Server explained that was the normal amount.

Out for Saturday Errands and we took a boo to Original Joe’s for appetizers and beverage. Though initially service was Absent and I sought out server after a Too Long wait, food is generally stunning, well presented, hot and reasonably priced. Today was no different. The lack of recognition or service on entry I’ll overlook this time, given I like this restaurant.

The food was fairly decent! Cooked perfectly. The ghost pepper chicken burger. I would stay away from the jalapeno mac and cheese unless you love oil.

Very loud with bad acoustics, combined with fighting sports broadcasts on TVs and loud music makes it virtually impossible to hear the person you're sitting right next to, to heck with the person at the other end of the table. Food is inoffensive - never anything better than fine".I wouldn't complain if someone wanted to take me to eat here on their dime

OJ's is a great place for casual dining. The lettuce wraps are fantastic - possibly the best in the city, but the beef dip was a little bit bland. Generally, I find the prices are a bit high, but the atmosphere and service is always great!
