MCI The Doctor's Office at Midtown

Place is pretty useless. Only has 1 doctor running at a time. How can you have such a big clinic, in a central location, with only 1 doctor at a time. Used to be better. Gone downhill.

I have no idea why there are so many 1 star ratings. Even though the wait was long, it was communicated to me as soon as I let them know that I'm a walk-in patient, and expectation was set that I'd have to wait. I appreciate the communication very much.Dr. Brown was attentive, kind, and paid attention to my symptoms while examining me. This was after I was ignored and dismissed by another doctor at another clinic. Even though I had to wait a while to see him, I left the clinic energized that my condition is finally going to be addressed and resolved. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

My family doctor of about 5 years practices here. He is great, we have a very good relationship and I have never had any issues. Unfortunately I had a bad walk-in experience here recently. I couldn’t get an appointment within 5 days for my family doctor to see my 23 months old kid (on the advice of the ER Doctor) who was suffering from a reoccurring ear infection. The front desk staff said she could book me in within the next 3 days for my kid to see a Walk-in doctor, I was excited and I agreed to be booked in on a Saturday at 3:30pm. I got there are 3:29pm on Saturday with my kid, there were no patients in the reception, we checked-in and we were told to wait. A few minutes after we checked- in another patient walked in. After about 15 minutes of waiting the patient who came after us was called in. So I asked the front desk staff how many walk-in doctors were available for that day and she replied that there was only one walk-in doctor for that day. So I asked why we been not seen and she said the other patient who was called in, had earlier called and said she will be late for her appointment. I was unhappy that my kid was kept was waiting because another patient who was late for their appointment was called-in before us. I expressed my unhappiness about being treated unfairly. This was not a typical walk in situation, we had booked 3 days in advance for a walk-in appointment , driven for about 30mins to make this appointment and here we were being shoved without any reason explanation or apologies. Dr Kapil Sareen eventually came out to see my kid and before he offered his service, he basically threatened to ban me from the clinic because I spoke against my kid being treated unfairly. Even though he provided good care, the experience really hurt and left a sout taste in my mouth. Maybe I wouldn’t mind being treated this way but a little kid?

My daughter had a sore throat. Doctor said to my wife it's a virus. I came back with her and asked the doctor to test for strep. Doctor had a condescending look as he said is not necessary, but I insisted and he did. 5 days later he called me and said she does have strep.I come today with my wife and explain she is in bad condition, not bad enough for E.R. but bad. They said they don't have a doctor for walk-in, just for appointments. They could not care less about people. You can die there and they wouldn't do anything. Save yourself time and don't go there. Read the other reviews, too, if you don't believe me.

I always have a great experience when I come to the clinic. The staff are really sweet and helpful and my doctor, Dr. Adeleke is really nice and professional. She listens and she has sympathy for you, she understands your needs and concerns.

Had a negative experience as I had services denied because my visit regarded a vehicle collision. They also called me 2 times to confirm my appointment and once at the clinic made me wait for 1.5 hours wasting my time to bring me in and tell me They do not want to deal with insurance and all the paperwork involved. AHS mostlikely gets charged for the vist and I did not get checked and just refered to another clinic. When this could communicated when I call to book the appointment and when they call me to confirm it. Very unhappy with their lack of communication and profesionalism.

Receptionist was kind and efficient, Dr Brown was nice and attentive. From registration to Dr consultation done with prescriptions only took us 20 mins. Very impressive experience with walk-in Dr service.

I have been here a couples times now (and referred a friend as well) and have nothing but good things to say about this clinic.The staff are friendly, the facility is large and clean and I have not had to wait long at my visits. The doctors (particularly Dr. Brown) have been of great assistance in helping me manage my current needs whilst I go through the process of finding a family doctor for ongoing care.Very appreciative of their services and highly recommend.

Exceptional care from receptionists and Dr. Gbadamosi, my family doctor. I've had other Dr's that I almost feel embarrassed about talking to them about certain issues but my Dr is very professionals and I never feel uncomfortable talking to him. Even when I do move out of the downtown area I will continue coming here
