Croft Tree Experts are the ONLY company I use and recommend. They are prompt and professional. The pricing is fair and you get it BEFORE they start any work.They take care to leave the work site as clean as possible and if something comes up outside of the scope of work they make sure to speak to you AND give you the pricing implications before moving ahead with additional work.They also will try to save any tree you want them to try to save but are not afraid to tell you when it's time to give up.Overall they are truly the masters of their craft and deliver exceptional results, with fair prices, using skilled and customer service oriented staff.

My experience with Croft Tree Experts was all positive. First contact with their team was with their estimator Kyle, who came with thorough knowledge of tree takedown methods and provided a detailed written quotation in line with other quotes I’d received for removal of a large silver maple. Following some tree damage during the ice storm in April I asked for pricing on an additional three large soft maple trees. The work was carried out about six weeks later by 4 hard working guys. Two climbers pieced and dropped large sections of these trees, which measured 30-36” in diameter and heights in excess of 40’. I’ll add that my property is densely covered with perennial beds, shrubs and a variety of trees. Three of the removals were located at the boundaries of my property, so significant material was dropped onto my neighbours’ properties as well as the street. The arborists ensured no damage occurred and their cleanup was fast and thorough. All pieces of the trees, including the large trunk sections were chipped and dumped onto our laneway at my request. The work was accomplished in about six hours on a +30 degree day by a team both professional and energetic. They will be my only call for all future work related to tree removal and maintenance. Croft Tree did three large trees after the huge storm Ottawa had in 2023. They arrived on time, did all the quoted work and even more they saw as they were up in the canopies, and all under budget and efficiently. 6 men and three trucks arrived on time, were courteous, didn't need access to inside my home, stayed in the work areas, and were somehow finished a major pruning and disposal job in a matter of hours. All my neighbors saw the work occur, and I'd be happy to put a lawn sign out for the company so others could look up their contact info.Excellent experience, excellent service - what more could you ask for? My trees will all live another ten years without being touched again.

Additional work in tree pruning.CROFT TREE EXPERTS were one of three organizations providing estimates. The initial surveyor for the estimate provided easy to understand information / detail in terms of the services required. It supported my decision to retain Croft Tree Experts, as I was provided information regarding the three (3) services I received an estimate and also timing on the activities.The team lead on the various services explained the actions being conducted. They also conducted a cleanup after completing the work.

We had a great experience with Croft Tree Experts. They helped us trim a large pine tree in our backyard and hung up a tree swing for us. They ensured the swing was close enough to the ground to be safe for the kids by adding some extra rope when the swing didn't come with enough length. Both the work crew and the man who came for the quote were on time, easy to communicate with, fast, and efficient. I am super happy with their work and the pricing was reasonable too.

Excellent service! Kristy at the office was courteous and quick to respond. The Croft team showed up when they said they would and completely removed a fairly big cedar tree that was damaged in a recent ice storm and was now dangerously leaning towards my garage. They also did a good job cleaning up after. From start to finish, everything was done professionally and with great care and the price was right! I would definitely recommend this company!
