Today I was so impressed with the amazing service I received from the staff at this location, specifically Premiater. The store felt warm and fuzzy with her obvious care of each customer. I can't tell the last time I saw that level of personal touch to each transaction. I'm not sure if this will go anywhere but I certainly hope that UPS is aware of Premiater's amazing leadership. She is an example that deserves recognition, not only for the holidays but every day! I tell you I would poach her in a heartbeat but I'm sure she would never accept my offer. Great experience!!!

The staff is amazing! My shout out goes to Bhakthi, who is the Graphic Designer. Thanks to him, I got my whole graphic design package done through him. He did an astonishing job and his expertise exceeded my expectations!! And the turn around time is also fair too! I will definitely be back for more!The new management is definitely a huge upgrade for this location!

Fantastic store and staff! I recently had stickers and a laminated sign printed for Resurgent Construction and they did an amazing job! From start to finish Premlator and the rest of the wonderful staff all were incredibly informative and helpful throughout the entire process.Highly recommended and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Horrible customer service skill from a lady named Tremlater. Called to inquire why my package hasn't been scanned in and was told she scans everything in. I told her she literally tossed my package on the back desk and left it. Ask to speak to manager to which she stated she was. Then asked to have head office or district manager contact to put a formal complaint in about how she was ignorant and yelling on the phone to which I was told I'm not giving you that information unless you come back to the store and then was hung up on by this manager. Great leadership skills."

I had a few amazon returns. Visited the store and was assisted by Chris, his customer service was excellent! Considering the time of year I was impressed with all the help I received. Would definitely recommend this location if shipping or returning.

Never use UPS to send a package. They lost my package in their depot in Caledon and have done nothing to find it. The Oshawa store has no contact phone number for UPS, only email contact, and they have done nothing to expedite the situation along. They simply tell me to wait up to 6 months or more to resolve the issue. It's been a month and no word from anyone.
