BUYER BEWARE! This company will tell you one thing and then do another. We bought presale and the quality and building materials shown looked great... However, once the building was complete it was a different story.Not only did they use cheaper and thinner materials for such things as floors, but they also did not let you know anything about changes that were going to be made to the building and your suite. I arrived for my walkthrough with excitement, and left with the most bitter taste. I found out AT my walkthrough, that my unit would be a handicapped accessible unit. I would not of bought it if I knew this! Now I have holes in the walls for automatic doors, holes in my ceiling for special carrying lifts, wall plugs that are super high, and light switches that are at hip height!This would be great, it I needed them, but I did not agree to this, and the resale will be that much more difficult. I contacted Dolomiti, and they said it was a new city bylaw, which is fine, but tell me that before I purchase! Or even give me a kickback in something, they just said that they cant do anything and basically gave me the finger.This company doesn't care if the project looks completely different as what it did during the presale, they took their money and then bought the lowest quality materials they could find. Our floors make cracking and popping sounds constantly. They came out, cut a bit off the sides, then said that's all they can do. Well, this wouldn't of happened if they used the flooring material shown in the presale, but instead they used thinner and cheaper ones.Very disappointed with this company, I suggest you stay far far away from them! And trust me when I say, that I am not alone!

An absolute joke of a developer. Bought into their OTTO" development

Dolomiti has a great reputation in the real estate community for quality construction and good service. I always look forward to their next projects.

Warning...the good reviews here are Realtors. Run for the hills, do not give any money to this developer, or even deal with the Realtors who have rated this developer @Michael Yu. Unprofessional, unorganized and poor workmanship. We bought at Vista and the deficiencies have yet to be completed and more issues within the unit have transpired since moving in. Find a different more reputable developer before giving your hard earned cash away.

Great people

Don't buy their homes. They're cheap for a reason, and you get what you paid for.These guys are noob builders, cheaping out on materials, and super new to the industry as an entity. They've only recently completed their 3rd project in the Lower Mainland. When they advertise Italian traditions, all i see is cheapness. When they advertise 30+ years of experience, remember it's collectively" 30+ years. Not 30+ years as a company.pretty much i agree with the previous review. List of problems we've had:1) Lighting fixtures falling down due to improper anchors2) Exit signs falling off3) Laminate floors creaking like no tomorrow4) Paper thin walls
