This is not a Crate&Barrel store. It is a warehouse. Customer pick-ups for online and in store purchases of furniture are available at this location.

Stay away from this store and never order online. Last October, we spent more than $10,000 on furniture purchases, When we received the delivery notice in January this year, we were very excited. However, one piece was missing for no reason, and a chair was defective! We wasted a lot of time contacting customer service, and it has not been resolved so far. The entire payment has been deducted, the goods are waiting indefinitely, The delivery service is abysmal and the management is too bad , a terrible shopping experience

I wish there was a zero star rating. I'm sure my review will be like other 1 Star review but here it goesOrdered a small work desk for home in January and order still has no updates and estimated time keeps on changing, it went from Mid-February" to "Early May"Please save urself the headache and frustration and don't order anything online from here."

No Showroom or customer access except for Pick Up. Repeat No Showroom or Store at this location.

Pick up map already attached to invoice, extremely helpful. The worker there was polite and efficient, willing to help carry some of the stuffs onto my vehicle.

Like other reviewers all I can say is stay away from the online store and warehouse!The store staff are good and I like the selection. But the online order system simply does not work. And I can't bring myself to recommend this store anymore.- I found a rug online. It was not available instore or for a store pick up. Given the high home delivery charge, I selected the option to pick up from the warehouse. Worst mistake ever.- The item was shown as in stock and I was given a scheduled pick up date for about 2 weeks later. (My card was immediately charged.)- The pick up date came and no email, nothing. So I called the store. They confirmed it was not ready and rescheduled a pick up for the follow week. (Not sure why you're asked to schedule a pick up at purchase when this does not seem to be a real thing)- The new pick up date came and given the distance to the warehouse I called first. They seemed completely disorganized. After a long wait and then a call back. They confirmed it was there and I could pick up (I have the voicemail). Given it was already late in day by the time I heard back I went the next day.- After an hour drive, I was told it was not in the warehouse. What? No explanation. No real apology. And no apparent resolution.- After calling the store and the online support they really couldn't offer an explanation for the mix up.- The resolution" was a free home delivery a month later (two months after placing this order and being charged for this "in-stock" item).I missed multiple sales from other stores
