Cool, trendy chain, so I understand the 20 minute wait. I’m not sure I understand “running out of cream” and “the Espresso machine isn’t working”. Send someone out for cream, that’s an easy solution; the Espresso machine, doesn’t impact me because I was looking forward to some regular coffee with cream. Milk was offered as a consolation prize once we asked.Had the 2 eggs, sausage breakfast & it was quite tasty. Wife had sane with bacon. Multigrain bread is thick, maybe a little doughy, but tasted pretty good. Potatoes were very good but some undercooked. Not a big deal. Meal was hot which is very important.Service was friendly but spotty. Had to seek out salt, pepper, ketchup & a refill of coffee was never offered. Prices are good and the meal was good. Certainly the portions are generous for $16.I get that things happen and I’m almost positive if we came back our experience would be different & hopefully more positive. Maybe we will.

Dined here for brunch… the service was TERRIBLE. Ordered coffee and it didn’t arrive to the table until after the food came. The food took 40 mins which is fine… but the coffee took 45 mins.We ordered the cathedral omelette and the Greek omelette. Which came with potatoes and salad.I don’t think I would come back here to eat.

Great spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. Eclectic mix of tourists, students and people working on laptops (during the week). Service was quick, portions were big and food was tasty.

I was not a fan. The decoration is really nice and the setup does it's job really good. It's sets you up for a great experience.But then the food was OK but the coffee... who thought that serving a coffee in a regular glass was a good idea? It tasted OK, not great, and I had to hurry get to drink it all before it got cold for which I failed.This place has great reviews, but probably not for the really important things.

My husband and I had our last breakfast in Montreal at Tommy’s (which we found via a google search). The place has a cool, kitschy vibe and the servers were very friendly.We had cappuccinos, delicious avocado toast with bacon (perfectly cooked and a large portion) and a two egg/sausage/hash brown breakfast which was also good.We will definitely be back to this Tommy’s location for breakfast on future trips to Montreal.

This place is so nice, and all of the staff are extremely pleasant. We were greeted with big smiles, and hellos from everybody we passed. The coffee is fantastic and although we didn’t stay for lunch, the food looked great and fresh. The place itself is cozy and has a lot of character.For the staff, keep those smiles going!We highly recommend this place for anybody going for a great coffee in the old port of Montreal.

Walked in for brunch, had a short wait for a table, had a long wait to get menus and service seemed to be 1-2 servers on the floor. Food portions are large, had flavorful avo toast and took 1/2 home. Very crowded and then the room cleared out. In & outside seating, takeaway counter.

The food and service were good, not great. Had the eggs and french toast, and the eggs were underwhelming (didn't taste of anything). The atmosphere and ambiance are cool!
