Doggieland is the best place for any dog to have fun and socialize, and all the staff are so friendly. I only trust Doggieland for my dog Bongsoon.Thank you to all of the staff for being so wonderful and taking such good care of Bongsoon :) I can't thank you enough!

Took my dog for an assessment for daycare and boarding. Environment was clean, welcoming and fresh. Staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Location is perfectly suited and easily accessible. Our previous establishment closed its doors and I thought it would be challenging to find another suitable place, especially for my 12 year old lab who can be a bit nervous with change. This transition is going to be done with ease and comfort. Looking forward to being a client :)

My dog Roger goes to daycare here and he loves it!! He always gets excited to see the staff, always so happy when I pick him up. Has lots of fun playing and running around with his friends! The staff are always friendly and greet you with a friendly hello at the door. Highly recommend!

My dog Penny absolutely loves coming here! She’s always happy to see the staff, and howls for attention as soon as she comes in the door. She always comes home eager to relax after such a fun-filled day. On pickup they always give me a recap of how her day was, and have been amazing at communicating any issues she may have had throughout the day. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Doggieland had too many dogs and, they do not have enough staff or, staff that really care for the dogs. I signed up to have my dog board for two weeks. After the assessment which, was a few hours of being with other dogs, our dog was fine. We then brought her for a longer play day a week later. This time she was very lethargic and, really panting heavily. I called to find out if, Doggieland had provided the dogs with water and, the response was, yes we leave a bowl of water out. I really do not like how this establishment do not allow the customers to see the facility and, how the dogs are allowed to interact. They prefer to show you on a video recording.I would advise all the other owners to go over the Doggieland contract thoroughly and, read every bit of the fine print before or,even thinking about this place. They have exempted themselves from everything that could happen or harm your dog while at this location. The contract is totally one sided and all in their favour. I would think twice or three times before having my dog board there. The place is so secretive, it's as if they are hiding the actual goings on there. They do not give you a tour of the facilities and, when you ask about your dog, you are sent a video.I would not recommend this establishment.

Just picked up our dog from his longest stay at Doggieland. He had a bit of separation anxiety (covid pup, am I right?!) but we were able to enjoy our family vacation with thorough updates that put our mind at ease knowing he was so well taken care of. He had a bath on the last day and came out proud with a new bandana. We highly recommend Doggieland.

Very disappointed with Doggieland. Have taken my dog to them for companion boarding while we travel several times and they cared for him perfectly. Have not been since the pandemic. After 3 yrs of the pandemic it’s understandable that dogs who have been with their owners the whole time may suffer from anxiety being without them. Well Doggieland doesn’t have time to care for your pet and get them accustomed to being away from you again. After going 2x to daycare to slowly ween him back to being away from us, the manager of the Vaughan location wrote him off. “They are too busy and have too many dogs to give him personal attention like before” - said the manager. No other solutions offered, nothing. “Your dog is not a fit for Doggieland.” Guess Doggieland has become too full of itself to properly care for pets who are senior and need extra attention. Don’t waste your time here if your dog needs extra care.Updated with response to Derek:Thanks for your reply. If you’ve seen this often since the pandemic then it should encourage you to find a solution with the pet owner. How about recommending in home sitters that you know and trust to help out loyal customers? There are several solutions like calming powders, thunder jackets, etc., that may have worked and come recommended by vets. If every boarding establishment turns dogs like Mikko away, then where are we going to go if we can’t find an in-home sitter we trust. Furthermore, the video I was sent showed Mikko whining not trembling. Guess what….dogs whine. A few cuddles and he would have been fine. I was willing to try that second day and then resort to calming powders after speaking to his vet. In any case, what’s done is done. I’ll find another place I can trust with my fur baby.

My dog joined Doggieland since March 2022. He has joined both Daycare and Boarding programs. The staff are sincere and I would sometimes ask how my dog is doing during the stay. However, my dog seems still having a lot of energy after I pick him up everytime. I don't know if he is bored or stressed that he doesn't do anything there. Since I haven't got a chance to see the places, the staff briefly showed me Once on the computer. I just want my dog to get some fun in the daycare especially during his boarding time. ~Kris

Our dog goes to their daycare twice a week and LOVES it, playing with his friends and getting lots of exercise. He have also done training with Derek. Our dog loves him and we learned how to easily work with commands that we could give quietly. We’ve using the boarding several times and never worry, getting emails and pictures.
