Very good experience. Roger did a fantastic job, very thorough, very efficient, friendly service. He pointed out all our shut off locations and items such as Furnace Filters, Electrical Panel and why we should drain our Hot Water tank to prevent sediment build up. Would highly recommend him, especially to First Time Home Buyers!

We were VERY impressed with our home inspection performed by Roger! He was SO detailed in his report which gave us the confidence we needed to purchase our first home! Not only did he show us areas of concern, but he also included homeowner tips such as frequency of cleaning filters or where certain shutoffs are located. As a new home buyer this information was INCREDIBLY valuable and we also go a detailed report with pictures of every deficiency, Roger was professional, prompt and affordable. We had Roger inspect our Century home during the conditions phase of the home purchase. He was very thorough with his inspection of this older home (1936). He gave us great information on how to maintain a home of this year and his report was detailed with pictures of every problem area. Roger found both asbestos and knob and tube wiring that a previous Pre-Inspection did not identify. This is not our first home purchase with home inspection and we were very pleased with his work compared to other companies we have used in the past. Would recommend Roger to everyone. Thank you!

Anyone buying a house whether it's a new or older one needs an inspection. And when you do get it, go with the Alliston Home Inspecto, Roger Frost! Roger is the most knowledgeable home inspector’s I have ever met, very thorough in both his inspection and report. He will look at every possible detail, and will make you comfortable with your purchase and/or make sure you are buying a good quality house. He will take pictures of everything. He spent 2 hours inspecting the house and gave us a report of about 80 pages with pictures of every deficiency and maintenance requirements. When/if we buy a new house we'll definitely ask Roger to inspect the new house!Outstanding job Roger!
