Great supportive staff really kind helpful always in a cheerful mood can't say enough good things about them and the clinic.

Beyond amazing people, Doctors, eveyone, great help center. All needs can be helped. Rebecca is my favourite most positive helpful person, she makes everyone smile.

At the Berrie location they really made me feel like a customer and not a patient everything. If your a working person with a good job and want to keep your job as your getting treatment and help than you should go to the Aliston location. 1st they are open from 5am. 2nd they work around you and your schedule. 3rd and most important the wonderful doctor's will see you on a weekend and on your time. Great staff, super loving doctor's, most comfortable place to fight your demons. Thank you Aliston clinic your the best.

I never give five stars for anything simply because nobody is perfect, Right? However if anyone deserves it, that would be Dr. May and his staff. Living with the long line ups is the price for excellence. I have read some of the patients feedback about the doctors treat you like a number and so on. I have been with O.A.T.C for over twenty years as a patient and let me tell you, While some doctors at other clinics do that, If you are lucky enough to have Dr. May at the Barrie location, your attitude will take a 180. While at other clinics, darn even your own family doctor won't even come in to the office Dr. May is there to talk to you face to face .Seems to me they are all staying home hiding behind this Covid excuse while he is in the office for all of your visits, so how about some kudos for him!

When I walked into Barrie oatc the smokes and the love from the imployees felt so warm and welcoming and parry sound was difficult and I now have my extra week back of medicine just in case of complications and that's safe as this medicines can control q person and they need their medicine everyday and parry sound is not as great with their customers as oatc in BarrieI am so very thankful I am back in Barrie receiving my medicine and things are so much better now!!!

Doctor’s are great however issues with support staff frequently leave you stranded with no prescription and no recourse over weekends and long weekends. Without access to your medication or staff who can fix their mistakes, you’re on your own.

Nice place to get treatment. Brand new office , and the Doctors and staff are really understanding and friendly !
