Once they have your contact information they will bombard you with countless phone calls and voice mails, multiple per day. They use various 902-xxx-xxxx phone numbers. I've blocked 50+ and they keep coming. Submitted multiple STOP" communication request

This system works very very poorly in Winter if you get freezing rain. It drips in my driveway and makes my driveway like a ice shrink. Is called them to get it resolved and he wanted me to buy gutter Heaters. Spent way too much money to have to do that. My Gutters never leak before now they leak. They came out 3 × to fix it. Most of it was done but I still have about a foot and a 1/2 that leaks and pours out water like crazy.

Had the product installed in the early summer. Have scouted the market for years and settled on their system because of the micro stainless mesh. Well, after multiple heavy rains and wind storms its a slam dunk! Worth every nickel. With the over sized 6 trough and enlarged down spouts we have full capture now. No more overflows. Also I can see multiple area's from out second story windows and the amount of maple keys and leaf debris kept out is phenomenal. From the sales rep's ultra professionalism and the immediate response from my email (like next day) to the excellent install crew I am thrilled. The install team worked a full long day (11 hours) to do our two & half story home. OVERALL EXCELLENT PRODUCT!"

We had this system installed in September 2022, the installers were great and very professional. We ended up going over too much onto my neighbors side so when I called in the spring to get this rectified the team was quick to respond and Vince the service manager had someone come out the next day to take a look and the repairs were completed right away. Scott the installer was so professional, clean and definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were happy!

I inquired about Leaf Filter just one time and made a mistake of providing my cell #. Now, I get these annoying robocalls non-stop coming from Cape Breton with different numbers. It’s as worst as the Chinese phishing calls. I called Leaf Filter to have it stopped but the calls keep coming.

A sales rep by the name of John I believe it was, came to my home. He went over the options that leaf filter offers. He flew his drone and we both saw debris in the gutters. So I went with the mesh option, he measured the whole house at once. (not a big home). He came back with a briefcase which had samples of competitors a book from his company which I then got educated on the history of the gutters followed by a quote which was higher then expected.He offered a seniors discount which made the price more reasonable as well. So I then decided to move forward, install date was the same day but in the afternoon, their window was 12-4. I got a call stating that they might be earlier at the home. The install team was phenomenal, they arrived 11, they came; super quick. it was 1 gentlemen by the name of Eric. I’m surprised they didn’t bring an extra guy. He worked super quick, before the afternoon window finished, he was already done! Must've had another job to get to! Overall the job was great! Definitely felt like they came off as super professional. Definitely would recommend!

We met with a very eager and confident salesman at a ploughing match at the Leaf Filter booth. We decided to take the step and get more information as we’d been considering this for many years.Murray, salesman came to our home and provided a quote along with many promises.The process was terrible. First of all they arrived unannounced a month prior to the date we booked without all the supplies needed. This happened for months many different contractors arriving unannounced. We had to continually call and call to get updates and find out when the work would be work completed. Every call was with someone different and the blame was placed on another department. We had to “sign off” to actually get the job finished.I asked to be heard about our dissatisfaction and disappointment in the service. ••• crickets. Finally heard back, nothing offered as a reimbursement barely an apology. Just a if you are not happy with the product feel free to reach out.This is not satisfactory.I run my own business and completely understand the value of listening and providing excellent customer service.Just thought everyone should know.Julia

Salesman named Sammy conned us into signing a contract for leaf filter guards saying that it will be interest free for one year. We had a long conversation about how the interest works before signing. We got our first bill with an interest of 12%. They are still giving us the runaround and are not answering their phones.

BUYER BEWARE - this “company” came to “install” new gutters on the first floor and to clean and reinforce the gutters on the second floor, adding the gutter protection, once completed. Well, the job is still not complete. They were here mid-October. We called them a day or two after “installation” to advise they hadn’t added the downspout to the side of our house by the driveway and that we still had several leaks (you can see the frozen patches on the roof where it leaks and we can hear it dripping on the metal roof when we are on our front porch), we’re missing the connecting piece for the partial downspout replacement in the backyard and they left the roof a mess and forgot to take the old downspout with them (they left it in our backyard). They came a day or two later, added the downspout by the driveway and told us they would have to come back to fix the several leaks on the second floor. They put the downspout in by the driveway, but didn’t bother to cut a hole in the eaves trough so that the water could flow down the downspout. It’s an ornamental downspout! We never heard from them again. We have called, texted and called again and nothing. We financed with them so put a stop payment on those payments until the work is completed. Still nothing. We called the financing company (Simply Group Financial) to advise of the situation. At first they seemed to understand. They even called LeafFilter themselves and advised us that LeafFilter advised them they would be at our home to fix the repairs the next day (that would have been November 23, 2022). No one came to our house, no one called. We are now being threatened by the finance company, they have put a lien on our house and just don’t care, because as far as they are concerned, they’ll get their money. Stay away from this company!!!
