Stopped in here on our way to Vancouver and I can confidently say this is the BEST Tims I have ever been to! The staff is so friendly!!! It is also super clean, fast and honestly was the best bagel BELT I’ve ever had. :)

Go there for my lunch break everyday. Almost if not always get coffee that taste burnt or old so I have to get a caramel shot to compensate for that taste. Closing shift gives okay service but the opening crew is beyond terrible. None of them seem like they care about anything. I get very rushed and the one time the girl said “don’t tell me how to make my food” after I politely asked if my food is being made after waiting 10-15 minutes.One time I didn’t get my potato wedges and when I asked for them the same lady that is always rude made them for me but when she gave me them she said next time I want food I have to pay for it. I said I did and she looked on the screen and was like oh yeah you did and walked away. No apology or anything so I hardly ever go inside or there anymore

They cannot even get a coffee order right. I ordered a small latte today while I was rushing to work through drive through. When I opened it after 5 mins it was just milk and sugar. So I asked my friend who was there an hour after to let them know about the mistake and get a new one and this time they just gave a double double rather than latte. Such a disappointment.

I've been going to this location multiple times a week for the past year before work. Lately they have been selling me day old croissants and bagels that are rock hard and inedible which is unacceptable.

What a horrible place. If you order online you can never get what you want. I placed order for honey dip donut more than 5 times and each time they say we dont have honey dip donut. Can we get something else." I dont know how they can say the same excuse more than 5 times. They dont have the common sense that all donuts are not the same."

I live out in Westerra, less then 5 mins away from this location. I've been going to this location for over a year and I'm officially done with it. Most of the drinks I get are now VERY POORLY MADE. From regular Coffees, Ice Capps, to cold brews, even the food has taken a major dip in quality to the point where it is a waste of money. I've kept going back hoping it would be better but it NEVER is. Do not recommend this location. From now on I will make the extra 10 min drive to a different part of the city to get my Tim Horton's and advise others to the same.

I have been stopping in here quite regularly for the last year and the quality keeps decreasing more and more. I’m pretty sick of it at this point. The breakfast wraps we received were just slapped together and at the window the staff seemed very unorganized and panicked even though there was only one other car behind me.

They offer smallest portion of the meal. Paid $10 for the bowl and it was half of the meal I usually get from any other location. I would suggest to skip them if you can.
