This was my second time going here and I tried something new. The restaurant as usual, was very busy. Waited outside for 20-30 mins (which for them isn’t bad). Service was okay, we sat by the window and they leave a water jug on the window sill so we just helped ourselves to water when we needed more.The cannelloni was good, very rich. Ended up taking one of them home. The minestrone soup was fine, nothing to write home about. The linguine bolognese is always good.There’s always a ton of leftovers to take home and this meal was no exception. For the price, worth going to eat here!

Antone’s pasta bar is one of the famous restaurants in Vancouver. Always there is a long line and there is no reservation as well. Once a restaurant doesn't offer any reservation or waitlist, they usually should provide facilities for a long line of customers like a heater. I have been in the queue for hours in cold and rain. After hours finally got in. Lousy service and disrespectful; I felt so bad for being there. I didn't enjoy my food. The lady (I guess she is the owner) who was serving us misbehaved.Drink ❌Tiramisu ❌Appetiser very saltyPasta ❌

Been to Anton's twice now, most recently in June 2023 - the most amazing pasta and gargantuan portions for a reasonable price. A huge selection of options for pasta lovers of any kind. Fun rotation of daily drink specials as well. For those unaware, a few rules: there is a sharing fee and no reservations - just show up and get in line. If you show up before 5pm you shouldn't wait too long on most days. Only recommendation I might make is for staff to turn away parties of more than 6 during busy hours, it can be annoying as a party of 2 waiting for enough tables to clear for the big party to get seated (and if you have a big party, maybe try splitting up into 4 or less). Other than that it's a dining experience that is so much fun and I will definitely be back many times in the future. One of the Vancouver/Burnaby MUST tries.

The food was definitely larger than I had expected. I am a big eater and couldn’t finish the food. It tasted much than I had expected in flavour than I had recalled. The pasta was not all cooked to the same consistency, not sure if it was due to their batch being too large. But overall still think it’s definitely worth the price listed, hence the long lines out the door.

Decent pasta on Hastings.We tried the ravioli and the chicken pasta. The ravioli was okay. I would have enjoyed a chewier bite on the ravioli, and the spice was on the lower end but we had chili flakes available.I wish we got fresh bread along with 25$ pasta, I feel like at this price I'd expect it. The portion sizes were huge, but maybe smaller portions with more / better ingredients (some herbs on the pasta?) would keep me coming back here.Overall, good vibe and location, decent food and service.

Everything here was huge and I felt like it was good value, but taste was not up to par. It was excessive, but I didn't feel like it was a problem because I needed something for breakfast tomorrow anyways.I had the Fusilli Al-Indiana, the vegetables were not overcooked but the curry tasted like just a generic store-bought flavour.I also had the Fettucine Creola, fettucine was handmade but was thick and gummy. The chicken was bland and dry, but the sausage was nice, though there was not much of either.The tiramisu was also poor in regards to tiramisu, it was quite soggy, but I thought it was interesting since it was made with alcohol.Had to wait around 20 minutes to get in, and maybe 50 minutes for the food, though I think they just had a problem that night. The lady bussing tables was really friendly.

Delicious pasta comes in big portion! Despite the usual line (15 mins), it's worth the wait. Cozy restaurant, lots of selections on the menu. Highly recommend.

Anton’s is great value. That is what they’re known for and if you come here expect to get 2-4 meals out of your pasta. The only thing is that unless you come early there is always a line. I came when there wasn’t a line. However I still did wait about 35 minutes for the food so the wait was a bit on the longer side. The music in there was also very loud. Overall still a very good experience.

We were so excited to try Anton’s. The portion sizes were enormous! I almost wish I had Italian cousins who served up just generous portions!!The garlic shrimp starter was amazing! Full of flavor!The pasta portions were amazing. My son loved his pesto, chicken, mushroom concoction.Our seafood linguine pasta dish was exceptional. It was full of flavor, not greasy or heavy.We ended up with tiramisu (yes, we made place!). I found it a tad bit too sweet.Overall, lovely place with some amazing food!

Every time I pass by a restaurant where there is a queue, the business is very good. I couldn't finish it all by myself and only ate less than a quarter of it. Good service and delicious food.
