Going to this place for my hair coloring was the worst experience of my life. The staff is unprofessional and inexperienced. They charged my around 300 dollars and destroyed my hair. After wasting my 6 hours and charging me around 300 dollars I didnt even get 20% close to the desired hair color and I came home with my forehead stained in some hair color. That is their level of professionalism. My hair are long and they could not handle them and destryed them. Next day I called them to talk to the owner/manager. The lady answering the phone took my contact information and told me that management will call me. It's been a week and noone has called me. To all the women with longer hair, please never ever go to this place as these people are the worst and can not do this job.

Amanda was lovely to chat with during my appointment! She is very approachable and I am also super happy with my cut! She listened to what I wanted and delivered it on point. Would have her again!

Stacie was amazing. So friendly and made me feel comfortable, not just like a customer. She listened and knew exactly what to do. I trusted my hair in her hands and I safe guard my hair very tightly. I'm so glad I found the head room and Stacie. Thank you so much!

Maddy is always a pleasure to deal with! Very professional, personable and always does an amazing job! She listens to my concerns, ideas etc and is always throwing different ideas at me to take my hair to the next level! Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!❤️

Jordan is 10/10 awesome. She knows what’s she is doing, is quick and cuts my hair perfect every time. She also is up beat and a positive person. Makes for an enjoyable experience. Also trims eyebrows like a champ!

I went in to have my hair coloured and my head was burned. I had scabs all over my head and my hair is like straw now. The manager did refund me the $300 that I paid but now my hair is ruined. I have really short hair and now all I can do is wait for it to grow out. Worst experience I’ve ever had and will never be back.

I went to a lovely lady named Brooke the other day and got my hair chopped . I have to say I haven't felt this good about my hair in years. She was so sweet and calm and listened to exactly what I wanted. I feel like me again highly recommend her! Thank you Brooke!
