Bob came and fixed an issue with the master switch for my furnace within two hours of me calling him. Excellent service, would recommend.

We had Bob come out to our home today to do some fixes we had gotten behind on.We explained we were in the process of getting our house up for sale. We called him yesterday and he was here today. Very professional, informative and really reasonable in price! We recommend Bob!

Called on a Thursday to explain a situation I was having with my new dishwasher (brand new but didn’t work). I picked him because he was close to my place. He took my number, my fiancé’s number, I informed him one of us are home almost all the tine, and he never bothered to even call back.

Called after hours for an emergency repair. The repair was fast , professional and very reasonably priced .

I called Bob for an emergency repair and he came out in a very fast response time. He was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. He even replaced my three thermostats that I had been meaning to do myself. I was so thankful that he was able to repair the plugs and lights in my kitchen as I thought I had maybe blown my whole panel. He even fixed my living room light issues! Bob is awesome and I would highly recommend him!

Called Bob Sunday night approximately 10:00PM after locating his phone number on his website with what I believed to be a possible electrical emergency in the home. Received a call back within 10 minutes of leaving a message. After explaining the situation, was ensured there was no safety or fire hazard and that he would be over first thing in the morning to check it out.Bob showed up the next morning, was extremely thorough in explaining what was going on so that I could understand. Unfortunately advised the panel needed to be replaced, showed me the parts which had been “burnt out”. Provided a quote for the work to be completed and was at my house the very next morning to complete same.Extremely professional, reliable and honest about what he’s doing. Area where he was working was spotless after he was finished, it was as if he wasn’t even there. Walked me through the new panel and how it’s different from my previous one.Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable electrician to come into their home. There was next to no wait time for the work to be completed which is also a bonus. I feel as if he changed his schedule to accommodate me.

Can't write highly enough of Bob and the quality of his service: he is completely dependable, honest, and sticks to the established price. Bob is the only electrician we trust to work on our home.Bob was very responsive to a request for emergency service after a baseboard heater nearly caused a fire in our attic. He showed up within a few hours after we placed the call and removed the faulty line and heater. We had been aware of several other potential electrical issues in our home which we asked him to look at as well. Throughout that process, Bob brought our attention to several other safety concerns we were unaware of and rectified every one of them -- with no price increase at the end of the work. Bob provided sound advice and recommendations, notably on a breaker panel replacement we needed. We decided to proceed with the panel replacement and Bob prioritized our job over other installations due to his genuine concern for the safety of our home.Several months later we experienced an outage on several electrical outlets. Thinking there might be something wrong with wiring, we called Bob again. He called back within an hour and held a virtual consultation with us for free (and in the process educated us on what caused the problem and how to resolve it in the future).Should we need any further electrical work done in our home there's only one person we'll be calling: Bob Doucett! Very fast and professional. Cleans up after he is done his work. You barely even know he was there.

We lost power to a section of the house after a thunderstorm. Couldn't solve the problem by a breaker reset. Called Bob and he was here in a flash and found the issue which was due to some faulty wiring. He was very professional and quick about what he was doing. Also reasonably priced.
