I started my own brake job and ran into a real tough spot. I called up Cain's and they slipped me in right away. They finished what I couldn't do for less than I expected. Now I've got brakes as silent and powerful as when they were new.

Staff and service are always great! This is the only place I go for maintenance in my vehicles. Ja did an LS swap on my 92’ Chevy and made it into a beast! Highly recommend!

While on my way to a camping trip at Port Burwell Provincial Park, my truck started having issues. I took it to Cains because it was the closest that looked like a good repair shop. I was not disappointed with that decision. While they couldn't get me in the same day, unfortunate but completely understandable, they did get me in the next day. When I went back the next day for my appointment, I asked where I could go to get a few supplies that were forgotten. I was then offered the loaner car so that I could get what I needed while they fixed my car. Going to a shop when out of town is always nerve racking, but I was very happy with the service.

This place is still and always will be the go to place for anything I may need to keep my car on the road.The best and fastest turnaround on all repairs that I have ever needed.Great staff and very noligable.One of the best shop's around as far as I am concerned.

Jason chose not to except the one star and wants to make comments about the customer and incorrect parts etc. it was never an incorrect part ordered the Vin number was given to the parts supplier down the street from you who you managed to intervene and try to up charge me on the same alternator it’s very common for mechanics to add profit to parts. That’s not the biggest problem though if you want to talk about behaviors don’t except work give a quote for 2 to 4 hours and say you’ll get them in as a favor and then try to charge them for seven hours that is highway robbery then you want to take a swipe at your customer don’t worry I won’t be back
