This is the only google review I have ever made, and I did so just to warn others. I would strongly not recommend dealing with this business. I have both my business insurance and car insurance here and it has been a nightmare dealing with them. They made a mistake with the payment info on my account and I have spent close to 4 days sorting this out and without a resolution, with the end result that I am out money because of their mistake. Not only that, their policy review processes have been accompanied by alarming communication rather than simple appointment times. If you engage their services, there will be mistakes across the whole process that they are unable to resolve. Don’t make the same mistake I did - go anywhere else.

Very slow response times and long delays in getting quotes. Recently tried to get a quote for a new apartment and it took three weeks and we didn't even receive a quote. Went with an online insurance instead and got covered within 15 minutes. This wasn't the first experience with that kind of service at that office. My partner tried getting a quote for a business insurance and the broker never get in touch with him.I expect better service for the high amount they are charging.

after spending 4 hours setting up my insurance, they messed up my paying info. i had to come back 3 times to make sure it was correct. That's 3 days taken off work to deal with these people. BUT that wasn't it! close to the end of my insurance term i get a letter from ICBC saying i haven't been paying. turns out they have NOT fixed the payment info AND didn't bother to contact me. Now i found out they didn't even bother sending ICBC my proof of insurance so i can properly get my discount either! These are the most incompetent people i have ever come across, and i strongly encourage anyone and everyone to stay away from this company.

Time for policy renewal. So, went though it and discovered I had many questions. At a phone appointment set at my request, Fernanda spent nearly 30 minutes going through all my many questions clearly and patiently and with no attempts to up-sell. Great service.
