The representatives are pleasant and friendly, there is no waiting, as soon as you walk in you are greeted and shown to a seat. In all the years I have used Hub International I have yet to have an unhappy experience. They always look for the best price options for you.

We are only giving them a 3 star rating! As far as the Vehicle insurance we have no complaints. However when it comes to getting a quote for house insurance that's a different story. We have been trying for the past three years to get them to give us a quote with no success. This last time we thought we might finally have someone who was going to help as we gave all the information to them in person. We got a promise back that they would email us the next day. We are at 6 days and counting. Guess we will give up and renew with our existing company.

Extremely fast and simple. Sent a email to get my insurance renewed and with in a hour I had my new insurance done and in my email with in a hour. Could have been faster but I was busy at work.
