Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I called myself to the doctors office to get an appointment for my wife who is pregnant and due date is expected in December. She asked all relevant questions and due date and she asked me to contact my family doctor to send them the referral form. I attempted so many calls and left messages to my doctors office to send it asap, but they denied by saying, we are not accepting patient who's due date is in December. We explained my family doctor asked us to get a nearby gynecologist asap considering some health complications but she was very rude in talking and didn't let me finish. However I believe she needs to be polite when someone needs a medical attention. At the end she disconnected my call rudely by saying I am done with it, call your family doctor. God bless her!
