Just picked up my new Ohana TK-70KCE Uke. An absolutely beautiful instrument. I drove all the way from Burlington to get it. I own a Kala Uke which is nice enough but the Ohana is the best Uke I have ever had in my hands. This is my second Ohana. You cannot buy this Uke in Burlington or anywhere else between here and Toronto. Eric Music has a great selection and can get other models by special order from Ohana. The customer service experience from Eric Music was exceptional. Great communication all around from Charles and Bob. The store is small and a little out of the way, but mighty.All Uke players out there you are on notice...........this should be your go to destination for the best Uke you might ever play!

Very reasonable prices (guitar strings, at least, that's what I buy). My daughter takes piano lessons here, and she's very happy with it. I'm not used to paying for music lessons, so I can't say if the prices for that are good or not, but the lessons themselves are good.

My mom really wanted to purchase a guitar, she went into the store not knowing much about them- leaving with so much information & happiness!I phoned Bob and told him I'd like to purchase it for my mom and asked him what the best one for her would be etc, and he took time out of his busy day to explain everything to me.My mom then went in and left with a beautiful guitar! Bob even put brand new strings on it for her, and sent her on her way!Defiantly will be back and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone else to go there with questions, concerns or to even just look around!

i was looking forward to upgrade my Acacia tenor ukulele to a Ohana Koa tk-350g.I lived in Markham Ontario and the only closest music store that carries Ohana brand is Erie Music store,about 186 km.away.I called and Charles (owner),was friendly and had helped me to place the order online.Within 2 weeks,Charles called and was told the ukulele arrived.Drove to Erie music that week and it was a fantastic experience,Charles was such a friendly and helpful person,eventhough we had not met before.Bottom line,Charles had made my day to own my dream ukulele and bet he will make every guest happy and smiling.Will always looking forward to doing business with Erie Music.Cheers
