I love this salon SO MUCH. I have hair loss, and this salon has been exceptional with how much concern and support they have gave me through this journey…and they couldn’t even help me (my hair loss was just too severe). The customer service they provided to me, regardless of whether or not they are making a profit, is what puts this salon in a league of its own.Thanks for making me feel so great ladies xo

Decided to try hair extensions ( beaded weft) to mask my thin hair and I've been coming faithfully every 4 to 6 weeks every since for maintenance. Best choice I've ever made in regards to allowing my hair to grow and regain its health . Shelby an amazing stylist and the salon is a ten as far as client care. I highly recommend this Salon for all its services.

BLOWN AWAY!! I had contacted Taylor in regards to wicked postpartum hair loss after numerous days of crying in the shower / mirror because I felt like I had lost all my hair and had nothing left. We had a consultation and ordered the hair the same night, I got my extensions installed 2 weeks later and I am BLOWN away. I love them, couldn’t even tell I have extensions and she gave me back that natural look!! thank you so much Taylor!!

I started seeing Taylor at Bratt Pak quite a few months ago & I am SO happy I came across her!! She’s everything I could ask for and more in a hair stylist. I love how she’s very detailed and listens carefully during our consultation before every appointment. She’s also just fun & hilarious. Highly recommend using this salon!

I had my hair done last week and it took me a few days to decide whether I should leave this review or not. Ultimately I decided it would be a good cautionary review. Overall my hair turned out okay but my experience was less than desirable. The biggest issue is when I booked my appointment, I was quoted what my services would be approximately (toner for blonde and an undercut buzz) which was the deciding factor to proceed with the appointment. However the services ended up being more than double what I was quoted. The stylist informed me that there were extra charges for things like product (she did a hair treatment I did not ask for...) And drying and ironing my hair. Had I been informed of the extra charges BEFORE receiving I would have had a chance to decline these services. All salons I have been in before include drying and ironing hair with a colour service. It was quite shocking and It was not a good feeling to be surprised like that. There needs better communication from the stylist with their clients in that regards.Further I found my stylist to be quite rough when handling my hair (it was kind of painful and I was too shy and uncomfortable to say anything). My stylist seemed to be more interested in interacting with her co-workers than she did with my appointment. It's a busy place so I understand trying to fit a lot into the day but the client in the chair should not feel like they are not important. (I don't know how to word that without sounding snotty)TL:DR make sure you go over the services and prices before the service commences so you are not shell shocked by the price.The good stuff though, the colour was okay and the salon is nice, the stylist were friendly.I hope this review helps someone when picking out their next salon. And I am sure your experience will be better. This is a teaching salon so they are always learning. :)

Christina took my old lady hair and made it chic. I got silver highlights to blend with my gray Somehow, and this I can't figure our, I look younger. Go figure but I am thrilled.

Once again, this woman keeps continuing to amaze me. Not only does Angela listen to my wants and needs of my haircut, which is I trust you do what you want to literally surprising me at the end of my visit by donating my haircut to my travel fund to see my son! She made me crying hair salon. Love you girl!

After switching my hairdresser of 5 years recently I was a little nervous going into a new salon. But I can honestly say the Bratt Pak team blown me away. The place was so clean and everyone was so friendly.I had made an appointment with Grace because many other people had recommended her to me. She was very polite and understood my concerns when it came to my hair. We had nice conversations.I've been to her twice already for cut and colour and she's an awesome professional girl. I would recommend the place to anyone who was thinking about changing Salons.
