Great customer service

I don't write reviews often but to say that Graham went above and beyond for us is an under-statement, so I figured I'd leave a few comments here.We are undertaking a large landscaping project and ordered the swim spa last year for it, even though we just got our landscaping ready for the install this spring. Everyone at the Hot Tub Wearhouse was great to deal with and when Graham was going to be out of the office for a day, he provided his cell number, just in case I needed it, and mentioned that he was heading over to Ottawa. I jokingly asked him do you want to pick up a snow blower for us" because I had ordered one but it was going to be a while before they could arrange delivery to Parry Sound. Graham said "absolutely" and the next day he arrived back in Bracebridge with the snow blower on his truck for us

Very helpful and friendly staff. Drove up from the city only to realize i forgot my wallet. Jane not only allowed me to start a tab on the chemicals I desperately needed, she also lent me $20 for my drive back. It's business and people like Jane that make Bracebridge such a great place.

First they said they would send part soon. After two weeks of it not being shipped I canceled the order and asked for refund. They said 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later still no refund. I think I’ve been ripped off.Got my refund a few days later. Took a while but I did get my money back
