I couldn't be more impressed with Provident. 5 mins or less is unbelievable, the staff is well trained and incredibly professional, they are on a serious mission to get the job done quickly, efficiently, with quality and safety as top priorities. I even had the opportunity to get a behind the scenes tour of the business from the founder, and I could not believe how well it is run. Their business systems & processes are very well thought out to handle every scenario imaginable with precision. I'm a huge fan!

Being a long tenured customer of this company means nothing - their accounting team's mistakes/deficiencies are blamed on customers and even though services are paid for in full - they refuse to fulfill their services. Horrible customer service - was not always like this...not sure what happened to this company. All our neighbours have moved onto other security providers and I can see why.

As a local Westside Realtor, I also have no hesitation to refer their services out to my Clients as I know they will be taken care of. They are an amazing company. Customer service is phenomenal. One of the things I value in a company is there commitment to giving back to the community. I have helped organize a yearly kids' charity run and have been fortunate to have had Provident support the event with the donation of the use of their huge inflatable slide (a very big hit each year with the kids). They have gone above and beyond to help make our event a success. It is not just about $ but about community too. Thank you Provident.

I've been a Provident client since 2006 and have had them look after three homes. Most recently we worked with Chrissie on the sales team who coordinated an installation in our new home. Reza & John were the Technicians who did a great job getting everything installed and set up. We've also made great use of the concierge service, including getting last minute deliveries to both our home and even the beach.

was driving sunday to pick up my wife from the hospital along 7th avenue..saw one of theere cars run a stop sign and almost hit me..followed him to the next one and he ran that too never stopped..after he stopped at 123 7th ave west.. i told him he ran 2 stops signs and almost hit me becuz of that..he tol me to talk to the manager..was very upset and told there employee not to drive if he cant obey the rules ..he got rude with me and strarted arguing that i should mind my own business..so i contacted the office and reported there employee and how he acted..driving and as a employee taking no responsibilty for his actions..my opinion i would never hire a compnay that has employee that do this to others..it shows and reflects there hiring of employees..just imagine how they take care of your property that needs protecting...disgusting ...

Provident put the best possible spin on our recent break-in. With the alarm ringing, the thief was in and out in 2 minutes and Provident arrived 1 minute later (i.e., in 3 minutes!) They definitely saved us from a robbery of much greater magnitude. Provident personnel could not have done a better job - from providing accurate and reassuring details in the initial phone call to us, to greeting us with empathy when we arrived at the house, boarding up the broken window and even cleaning up mud and glass from the interior of the house. They walked us through what had happened and gave us tips to prevent further break-ins. These two Provident employees really helped offset our distress at being broken into and definitely exemplified the high standards advertised at Provident. We cannot recommend them more highly.

Provident Security has provided security surveillance for our house in Vancouver since 2008. Their service including installation, maintenance and continuous monitoring has always been personable, prompt, courteous and thorough. We highly recommend them.

Provident Security is amazing.Having had such a great experience with them in Vancouver (at our home and 2 business locations), it made sense to have them take care of our Whistler place.I am amazed by how much convenience and piece of mind they have given me.Provident has called us when our water sensors went off. I know that we dodged a huge bullet (a friend didn't know about a slow leaking pipe in their place and it cost them over $100,000 and almost a year in renovations).Provident has also let me into my own place (when I left my keys in Vancouver). This saved my family and I over 4 hours of travelling time.Provident - you rock
