What a gem. The freshly squeezed lemonade stand drawn us in to this place. The light meals and deserts- made from scratch by the chef - w their eclectic decor made us stay for an impromptu lunch. We met the owner of this cafe. She was truly delightful and a beautiful soul who recently opened up this cafe w hopes of building a connection within her community. The food was delicious and fresh- authentic Asian fusion dishes. Beautifully presented. So glad we came by this little cafe on our last day!

As a traveler who has travelled quite a bit this is absolutely the best vintage cafe I have ever been to. If you are in town please be sure to visit this establishment it is so quaint and the desserts were out of this world! Coming from Montreal where pastries are second to none you honestly wont be disappointed."

An intimate spot with old world charm, with a delightful menu from fresh fruit topped waffle to soup with turkey croissant. Not strictly a Victorian tea place with only 4 options to pick from, allows people to order coffee and other refreshments with a wide variety of sweet or savory choices at a super reasonable cost. The owner and chef were friendly and very engaged with clients. A great place to meet interesting people and hang out the next time you're in town for a tea/coffee break.

We had lunch on Saturday and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. The atmosphere is lovely and the service was excellent and friendly. My favourite coffee place in Sidney.

Sweeties by the Sea - Vintage Cafe
Very upset. I put an order through UberEat on March 9 at around 2:40 pm. The restaurant postponed it again and again until 4:10pm. Then a notification came in that my order got canceled for no reason. Then I googled and found out the restaurant closed at 4pm. Such bad service. If you are able to take that many orders, please don't take them.

Great food, friendly staff. I've had them delivered by Uber Eats, no problems at all.Ignore the 1* review from Ww, clearly they don't understand how third party delivery apps work. There aren't many drivers in Sidney and the restaurant has no control over that at all, it's likely the order was sitting there the whole time ready to go but no driver wanted to take it. Try tipping higher next time, especially if you live far from the restaurant.

My new favourite coffee spot to stop after shopping in Sidney. Such a quaint, charming little cafe with friendly and attentive service with a smile! They even give you a little biscuit with your tea! The pot stickers were delicious and the desserts decadent! Loved the atmosphere and definitely will be back!

Absolutely Iove this charming spot in the heart of Sidney. The food is heart warming and delicious - the cheesecake a winner! The service is top notch and the hats??? Just check them out yourself, you will not be disappointed!!
