Excellent service from Inverness Flooring! We pretty much kitted out our whole house with carpets, vinyl and wooden flooring. Got a much better service with these guys compared to carpet right and tapi, who were properly messing us around with their deals" (they arn't deals).. But Inverness flooring gave very good pricing and it worked out cheaper and better value than those other shops. His team came round and made a good job of it all and we couldn't be happier. Felt good to support local too! I highly recommend going to Inverness Flooring over other shops nearby."

Great service from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble and it was a refreshing change to deal with a company who were eager to help but not pushy. The fitters were excellent, they worked hard, were good at problem solving on the job, very skilled and tidied up! Highly recommend this business and will definitely return!

Great choice of flooring for every budget. Staff are so friendly and helpful with good honest advice. Our selected day would have meant a house move would have been more difficult but due to the company fitting us in early the day before, the house move was much easier. Carpet fitting was 1st class job with not a bit of mess left for us to clean up.Cant recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the customer service was 5 star.

Thanks to Inverness flooring for supplying me with a new reclining corner sofa. Picked, ordered and delivered on the same day. Absolutely delighted with the quality of product and service. Before lockdown we had chosen a similar sofa from DFS at more than 3 times the price. I am now glad they were closed when we went to place our order. If your looking for a new sofa make Inverness flooring your first stop. Choice, value and service is excellent.

Initially my partner dealt with Kevin as she knew what she wanted. When the team arrived to lay the flooring they pretty much got on with the job and at no time was any comment made on the quality of my sub floor. I left them to get on with things, and on inspection later of initial work I personally was not happy with the quality of some of the works carried out and asked the fitter to contact me when they arrived the next day. On doing so I pointed out my areas of concern and the fitter raised concern over the condition of the sub floor but suggested there were no issues with what I had pointed out. At this point work stopped until Kevin was available to assess my concerns, how ever I did speak with him regarding my concerns and he agreed it was not the sub floor that was at fault. On his inspection he felt there were no real concerns in the quality of fitting, but my sub floor could be the cause of what I was seeing! We were offered that some areas of the floor be lifted and re-fitted or all removed and our money back (I was taken aback that he had requested full payment prior to works starting as my partner had dealt with this) it was agreed to refit some areas and continue. The floor was completed and we raised a number of points to which theses were revisited but not finished to a standard I would expect, we contacted Kevin again on the 22/06/23 to which we are still awaiting a reply. The main points I have raised relate to finishing quality to which I have photographed, they also damaged our driveway lighting without informing us and tried to repair it (To a poor quality I may add) Also after fitting the flooring they informed us there maybe woodworm under parts of the new flooring.I cant comment on their carpet fitting quality, but if you are looking to have wooden flooring fitted and you do not have a inch perfect property I would think twice!

Used Inverness flooring for the first time when moving one of my Service users into a New property. They were absolutely amazing from start to Finish, fast friendly service, very informative and helpful along the way. Nothing was a problem and no issues. I was very satisfied with the outcome of the flooring, and was very grateful that they could fit me in at Such short notice. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
