I stayed at the Hyland House Shelter for 4 months and am very fortunate to have that opportunity, no person or organization is without flaws or shortcomings so I wont speak of these. Overall I was treated humanely respectfully generously(Thank you Mr and Ms Taxpayer I am indebted to you) and provided a reprieve from homelessness and a positive low pressure living environment which supported me to rise and compassionately overlooked my mistakes and issues for the sake of peace. This place is an absolute joke for services. Would not recommend. Raman is the worst coordinator/counsellor!

Tammy is a wonder-woman! She had me and my kids in a home within 48 hrs! 100% ! I’ve already recommended Options to others who are facing the same situation I was in. Very supportive and wonderful friendly staff! I’m very grateful for their services!
