Very unimpressed with their non transparent billing for the 14 day free trial" signed up for the free trial and then cancelled on the 14th day. The language on the website states that the free trial was good until May 11th. I cancelled on May 11th but was still billed because I had cancelled an hour after I had signed up in the day

Jungle scout is an amazing product, it's helped us so much on our business and Greg Mercer is simply the best mentor and CEO I've met to this date.Jungle Scout ROCKS!

Tried the product briefly but discovered I hadn't really learned enough about selling online to be able to take advantage of their products features. I canceled my subscription well before the end of the 14 day trial. They managed to refund my money completely at that time.One year later, they somehow accidentally auto-renewed my subscription. When it was cancelled, there was a discrepancy of ~$30CAD because they refunded me in USD. When I asked to be FULLY reimbursed, i was told that they had nothing left to do and I should speak to my bank.While I do understand the reality is that currency exchange rates are always fluctuating, the charge was never meant to be made in the first place. This translated in a bunch of wasted time for me to be reimbursed and then a loss of confidence in Jungle Scout.

The 14-day refund policy is a total scam. It does not exist. No matter what they will not refund you. Instead they will conveniently ignore your emails. The only way to get a refund is through your credit-card company. Buyer beware!

I paid $300 for Jungle Scout Product. I tried to create my listing content through their keywords and they have a technical problem that I couldn’t type into the boxes, so I couldn’t create a listing. I contacted them, they don’t have any phone number or living person to talk to or phone support to fix that.I have to sit here and wait for their Email to get a customer support. What a waste of time
