we bring our pup here very often and the staff is very friends and takes great care of the dogs. the place is super clean and spacious. i would definitely recommend for day care and boarding!

They are the best at taking care of your dog, they treat them like their own, sending constantly pictures, and updates. I will bring my Bella there always. It was an amazing experience, and I recommend it to anyone.

Terrible experience. With all the other choices boarding/daycare places I wouldn't even pick this place as a last resort. There was a female worker there that literally SCARED of our dog because she was excitedly barking at another dog that was behind their fence. Like seriously, how can you work at a dog boarding if you're scared of dogs and can't tell the difference between aggression and excitement? You can tell by her body language she has probably never worked with anything other than a perfect" dog. Our dog had no issues at several other places but we only picked this place since the other places were full at the time

We called in to make a reservation for dog boarding during the holiday season because the place looked very new and clean when we found it online. We were accepted through the phone with no questions asked. Although this was not requested by the facility, we decided to request a meet and greet to see if it is suitable for our dog. On the day of the meet and greet, there was only one other dog in the facility and the staff did not appear welcoming when they began to playfully bark at each other. Instead, the staff appeared intimated and unaccustomed to dogs barking. Because of this, they felt our medium-sized dog was not “friendly” enough to be boarded at the facility, leaving us with the impression that this place can only handle “friendly” small, quiet dogs. This left us scrambling to look for another place with only a week before our vacation; thankfully, we found a better place at the last minute.Overall, this experience was very disappointing. The place looked new and clean but as a boarding facility, the staff should be able to accommodate common dog behaviours such as barking.

Paws & Play is probably the cleanest pet daycare/boarding centre in Leduc. I recommend this place to everyone. Very accommodating and understanding staff. The price is reasonable as well.
