Mitch Taylor and his team at Sunbuilt Contracting built our dream studio building, working with us on the unique metal roof and wall exterior design, extra large sliding glass doors, skylights and windows. The hill top location proved no obstacle to them. All interactions were professional and the finishing top quality. They also did a fantastic job on a 700+ square foot wrap around cedar deck for our century home, complete with glass panels and custom metal hand rails and post caps. What really impressed me was their willingness to take on some other small projects that had been on my todo list for years.

Mitch and his crew did a first class job building our new boat house. Every aspect of the build from framing to outside finish was flawless. We hired Sunbuilt Contracting to build our dream home in Nova Scotia on a spectacular but rugged, steep, and rocky lot. Owner Mitch is reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. He has a problem-solving mind and is extremely customer focused. Besides bringing a crew of polite and skilled craftsmen, Mitch also has a great network of tradespeople, real artists, who all seem to like working with him. If I were to build a house again, I would hire Sunbuilt Contracting!

Mitch did a great job for us with no stone unturned to get the result we wanted. Honesty with a professional hard working crew and great sub trades. Materials and trades came and went to produce our vision on time. All during the pandemic chaos I will add.Thanks Mitch and crew.
